You can’t ask for a better person and Doctor. He is very honest and to the point but very caring. Can’t say enough good things about him and his team.

I switched to Dr. Mirabile after having a negative experience with another Perinatologist, Dr. Jennifer Smith. Dr. Mirabile has been a blessing from the start - After the genetic blood test results came in, we got some difficult news and he handled the delivery with tact and grace. I like to be "in the know" so I had a LOT of questions and he answered each and every one of them in detail. Never once did I feel rushed. Since receiving the genetic blood test results, he's made the call to schedule me in weekly up until delivery which is a direct reflection of how much he cares about the health and wellbeing of our baby. He's extremely thorough and leaves no stone left unturned. I feel blessed to be in his care and hope this review helps others when looking for a trustworthy, honest and reliable high risk doctor to see. This is my 3rd pregnancy to come here. Everyone that works here is so nice. Today MacKenzie was my tech and she was the sweetest. Dr. Mirabile is so knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I highly recommend this place.

I had a shock when I went in for my 20 week anatomy scan. My OB told me that me baby's lungs looked wrong, but she couldn't tell me what exactly was wrong with them. She told me she would call a high risk specialist and ask for his input. Well, that specialist happened to be Dr. Mirabile and I could not be more grateful to him. He offered to fit me into his busy schedule right then, despite it being so late in the day. On top of that, he and his staff stayed an hour After they closed to take care of me. I was fortunate, and my baby's lungs turned out to be perfectly fine, but the fear filled wait between appointments felt like an eternity. I am so very grateful for Dr. Mirabile's expediency and for how very generous he was with his time. I cannot imagine having to wait for an appointment on another day. On top of that, Dr. Mirabile is very thorough. The wait in his waiting room may be a bit lengthy, but that is because he takes such good care with each of his patients. He does not rush through anything. He will answer all of your questions and make sure that you are comfortable and confident with all of the information he has given you. I absolutely recommend him! Dr. Mirable is amazing! He is so caring and knowledgeable. He made my delivery(c-section) the most memorable experience. I am so blessed to have had him throughout my pregnancy and delivery. His staff(nurse Missy) is also fantastic. Thank you Dr. Mirable for all you do!

I will Not recommend Dr. Mirabile. He threw me into his opinion' my High Risk Category through Statistics! My 1st visit ever visit with a Perinatologist 4th Pregnancy. He never looked at my history. Spouted off what will probably happen' what I NEEDED to do, I left in tears and scared about the pregnancy. I requested a different doctor. Delivered TERM 38 week twins No Complications. I thank God for blessing Dr. Charles to be as effective, caringly proactive, & attentive as he is. We met after finding I have short cervix. I was given the possible risk up front & the goal to avoid them, (as any GREAT doctor would go over) so your not in the dark about any part of the very real experience. Id like to mention I am an Black women, in this day in age people focus on skin and not character (eyerole). Please stop it ppl. This Dr. seen a patient in need. Although he speaks quickly lol , He doesn't leave until YOU say you understand. He takes time with his patients. I'm sure I'm ONE of many and he NEVER made me feel like a throw away. We are huge fans of Dr. Mirabile! He is brilliant, explains things in a way I understood, and took the time to answer all of my odd questions at each appointment. Really happy to no longer be considered “high risk” but really sad we will no longer need to see him during this pregnancy. He is the BEST. Hands down. The staff could be a little more empathetic at the clinic and Dr. himself could afford more time with his patients, but that does not reflect the credibility of the physician himself. The credentials and experience are important when trusting someone with your precious baby’s health. Also I guess if you have questions just keep pressing for then even the appointment seems rushed.

Dr. Mirabile is the best of the best! He’s an expert in his field who treats his patients with tremendous kindness and care. You’re in great hands with him!

Dr. Mirabile inundated me with statistics, which I didn’t mind, but he went on and on about my age (I’m 37) and that I’m like a walking Down Syndrome maker. During another visit he actually offended me about my age and was clearly disapproving that I didn’t want a tubal. I’ve read that he’s an incredible doctor for some but I felt that for me, compounded by the insult, it was a waste of time seeing him (and after waiting 30 minutes after an ultrasound, it was a waste of time).

Dr. Mirabile took her if me for my last two pregnancies. I have had numerous pregnancy losses in the past. Dr. Mirabile got both pregnancies to term. He is so kind and caring and smart. Happily recommend him.

Dr. Mirabile saved my baby! I was referred to him after they discovered that my cervix was funneling at 20 weeks. He placed an emergency cerclage and I carried until I was induced at 39 weeks! He is my doctor for my current pregnancy and I am so thankful for that. He is thorough and tells it how it is, and I appreciate that as a patient. I would recommend him to anyone with a high risk pregnancy.

I fully realize these doctors are extremely busy people, but I was treated as an annoyance to get in and get out as fast as possible. After an hour of waiting I saw Dr. Mirabile for less than 4 minutes in which he talked so fast he was barely understandable. He explained hyperemesis gravidarum to me (which I had already been suffering from for 20 weeks, I don't know why he felt the need to explain it to me like I didn't know), and then told me how the medicine I was taking to treat it could give my child birth defects. He also told me I had a massive fibroid and acted like it was no big deal, and then left and that was the entirety of my appointment with him. I hope some of the other Perinatal Center doctors treat their patients like human beings, I will not be returning to Dr. Mirabile. Edit: Well I lied, I am pregnant again and two and a half years later and unbeknownst to me before I arrived I was scheduled with Dr. Mirabile again. He spent more time with me, and was much more personable and thorough than last time so I am editing my rating. This is the 2nd pregnancy I have been seen by Dr. Mirabile and I actually requested to go back to him when high risk was mentioned. He gives u lots of information and is very knowledgable. He deeply cares about momma and baby and I am so grateful for him overseeing my care!! ????

Dr Mirabile is the most AWESOME doctor u could ever want! I was referred to him by a previous OBGYN that was (let's just say) a bit careless. After going off on that obgyn she advised me that she would do something to redeem herself. She referred me to dr Mirabile. When I came to him my son was I major duress and he not only ordered progesterone to get me help during my pregnancy, but when he was doing the ultrasound to tell me the gender of my son I was dilated to a three, and he RUSHED me to the hospital for a cerclage. I was at 18weeks with my son and almost lost him and Dr Mirabile saved his life!!!! My son later came at 23 weeks and was a micro premier however Dr Mirabile was attentive and was awesome with me all the way through. 3 years later, I was pregnant again with my daughter, and THIS time I had a tumor on my left ovary. Dr Mirabile not only watched it. But told me this time we are going to try to go all the way! And guess what!!! If it wasn't for that tumor, we WOULD HAVE!!! We had a cerclage again, this time earlier, and we also had a pessterie put in (which gave my cervix strength to hold my baby and that huge tumor) and after MADE SURE that the tumor was ordered to be removed by my obgyn (Dr Darren Goff, who is also PHENOMENAL!!!????) My daughter was born at 33weeks this time (due to the tumor getting too big and causing my daughter to have heart rate dips) but he almost got me to the END!!!! This time, Dr Mirabile is working with me with my third and last! And I just KNOW we are gonna make it to the end!!! I kno this is alot for a review, but I wanted to give u the FULL SCOPE of how AWESOME and God sent this man is!!! I thank God for you Dr Mirabile!!! And I pray that he blesses u beyond measure!!! I have a history of fibroids disease, and endometriosis and you (with Gods help and Grace) helped me not only have 1 but 2 (and working on 3) BEAUTIFUL children that I never thought would have. I lost 1 before at 18 weeks and he was stillborn. I will NEVER forget having to bury my son and the feeling of total loss and defeat as a woman! But u gave me a chance to be a mom. My wife and I have seen Dr. Mirabile for a number of months for a high-risk pregnancy. This is our first child, so I don't have a large frame of reference, but I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Mirabile's demeanor, knowledge and bedside manner. Although we didn't (thankfully) have bad news he had to deliver, he doesn't seem like the type to sugarcoat it or dumb it down. But that's what I want in a doctor -- to be treated as an intelligent adult capable of grasping complex topics and nuances. He won't overstate, understate or broadly interpret things. He'll just tell you what he knows and doesn't know. If 1 out of 700 babies have a disorder based on screening results, he'll tell you that. It's up to you to decide what to do based on the info. Medicine is about risk, balance and odds. He conveys that. He can speak a little fast, but he's delivering info you paid to hear from an expert. I found him personable and would recommend him to anyone who needs a high-risk OB.

He is the best of the best doctor!

Best doctor ever. He delivered my twin daughters. I still think of him. He had the best bed side manner and handled my emergency c-section professionally and whole hearted. I highly recommend him. My daughters want to meet him.

Dr. Mirable is amazing. He treats me and my family like we're his family and we love him. I have never had a more experienced or intelligent doctor. I often have a very difficult time getting along with doctors but Dr. Mirable has wonderful bedside manner as well as the experience I was looking for. After I first saw Dr. Mirable, he gave me a detailed report of what we had spoken about and it was four pages long. I have never had a doctor go into that much detail about every single topic relating to my care. There were 20 lines of suggestions and recommendations. Talk about indepth and thorough. I owe Dr. Mirabile everything. He saved my first son's life after a tumultuous pregnancy that could have easily ended in loss. I knew I wanted to have another baby but was terrified. He set a plan and treatment in place to prevent the same problems from happening in my second pregnancy, in which I made it full term with a healthy baby. I first saw Dr. Mirable in 2007, when we were sent for possible miscarriage. He diagnosed me with Placenta Previa. We followed his precautions and our son lived. In 2017 (I'm 32) we went in for our anatomy scan of our sweet daughter, where we were told she had no heartbeat. He and his office handled it perfectly, there was so much compassion. Dr. Mirable is brilliant, as well.

Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are for Dr. Mirabile and his staff. Sadly, my son didn't survive, but knowing we did everything possible helps our grief. Dr. Mirabile was honest with us but allowed us to be hopeful. He is compassionate and kind. His staff could not be nicer.
