Put on hold for over 10 min to check in. Ended up hanging up and just going on in. At check in was told we are really busy.

i am a paicent there the nurses are really nice

So i moved to Alabama june of 18. It took them till jan of 19 to get my kids in and get their Records. I called both my nc dr and the never received anything. I called then it was literally back and forth patiently wait for them to do their job. I then moved back to nc of February of 19 because i got sick of them not wanting to send my kids where they needed to be (my oldest has speech issues). Well my now new nc dr has sent them request 4 times for my kids records... They sent my oldest but not my youngest. MY 1 YR OLD IS NOW 5 ROUNDS OF SHOTS BEHIND BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO SEND RECORDS OR REQUEST RECORDS. MY NC DR CANT EVEN LOOK AT HIM TILL THEY SEND THEM... If my kid gets sick i would have to take him to the er which has been on a flu restriction for the last month. So glad he hasnt gotten sick but like i really wanna take a 1 yr old in for an ear infection only to turn around and get the flu? No.... And when i call to see whats taking so long to why they havent sent them to nc its because "we legally dont have to send them at all". DO YALLS DAMN JOB. So i moved to Alabama june of 18. Three different times took my daughter in to see Dr. Melvin and she was diagnosed with "fussy baby", and all three times took her to Dr. Hammond in Florence after and she had an ear infection after all. Ladies at the front desk and in the finance department are very rude and are not hospitable. I will NOT take either of my daughters there again. Compassionate doctor that will look out for the best interests of your child. Follow up was great as well.

We switched to him and he pretty much changed our lives. Went from a fussy sick crying baby that no one would listen to us saying something was wrong, to a happy healthy baby after 3 prescriptions and a months time. Forever grateful.

Great people! Especially NP Katie Fulmer.

They are great. The nurses are very nice and they are down to earth. The majority of them have children so they can relate to the sickness and others that parents deal with on a day to day basis. I love dr. Melvin and his squad.
