Dr. Lowe made time to explain my condition and the medicicnes he was using to treat me.

Dr. Lowe did allergy tests on my son. Unfortunately he was allergic to Tree Nuts. All, that was said was he needs an epi pen (which he did put an order in for) and stay away from all nuts. No other kind of testing..no option of testing out. Nothing. Then I call to get a paper sent to his school to say why he needs a epi pen at school.... his office tells me he hasn't been seen recently and will need an appointment before he can send that paper for me? What will a follow up visit change? He is still allergic to tree nuts and will still need a epi pen for emergencies????? Money grab? So, this is another day longer my child cannot have his epi pen at school. Which is life saving!!!!!!!

get there on time at 5:30 and staff decides you can't be seen suddenly and cannot speak with the doctor because he is super "busy".

Dr. Lowe is caring and knowledgeable when discussing anaphylactic food allergies. He has been a blessing to my daughter’s life.

I love Dr. Lowe he has helped me so much with my allergy's. He is the best.

Dr Lowe has treated me for many years. I love him and his staff. He never rushes, he answers all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Very nice and knowledgeable man. I’m thankful I finally found a doctor that knows how to treat my sons allergy condition.

Good luck if you have to go in here. Not a lot of other options in the Pikeville area. Just another for profit medical facility in bed with PMC. Maybe check out Kings Daughters if you're not satisfied. I did and couldn't be happier.

Dr. Lowe is a great doctor along with his staff. Can get a little busy so be prepared to wait.

1. Dr Lowe is down to Earth, explains everything very well and has tried to help me with everything I’ve asked for. 2. Most of the staff are great. 3. The receptionist that sits at the window where you sign in is not very friendly and acts like she hates her job and dealing with people. 4. They will not check with your insurance to see if Allergy shots etc are covered. My daughter works in a clinic and she had to call and see what they would cover for me. 5. The Doctor was nice but that was about it. Took a good 20 minutes to just get in to the room. During allergy testing they Forgot about me! I was running looking for someone in a tank top! I ended up not being allergic to things like dust or mites but yet they pushed me with tons of paperwork about hypoallergenic pillows (which I said I had and didn't need info on) but they said they 'had to do it, standard procedure'...I kept telling them I had somewhere to be 3 hours After my appointment time, and they literally took their sweet old time! I spent more time sitting and waiting than actually doing anything. They kept counseling me on things and running off. I ended up leaving early because I couldn't wait any longer! The bill came back for $800+! They charged me for the doctor followup that I didn't even get! To top it off, they charge a credit card fee because they are a 'small business'...with an $800 charge for sitting around. I canceled the follow-up visit and met with my PCP who was Much better at explaining everything in a timely and cost effective manner! The Doctor was nice but that was about it. I was very impressed with him . He explained what he thought was wrong with me and what action he wanted to take very simplistic.
