Dr. Charles Sherwin Lane

He is an insufferable man with absolutely no bedside manner, he’s aggressive and unintelligible and untrustworthy, I felt grossed out after visiting him.

The experience I had at this office today was horrible and the worst visit to a doctor's office I have EVER had in my LIFE! He is a very rude and sarcastic individual with a nasty attitude. Their is NO compassion for patients here. He rudely interrupted my interview with one of the staff members multiple times. When I nicely informed him that his actions were rude, he in a loud arrogant tone, told me to get another doctor... He is absolutely correct. I will go to another doctor because I will NOT deal with a person of his character in NO way, what so ever. I will not step another foot in this establishment again. I can't understand these one star reviews. I broke my pinky finger extremely badly and went to Dr. Lane on a late Friday afternoon. He was willing to wait for me as I was driving in from Orange County, which was a blessing because I was in so much pain. Most doctors would just have booked me for surgery, but Dr. Lane did a manipulation which saved me from needing surgery and my pinky finger is absolutely perfect now. I highly recommend this doctor. He has a fun and quirky sense of humor and excellent medical skills. I can't understand these one star reviews. I put one star because it doesn't let you leave it blank. This physician has an extremely rude, indolent and lazy receptionist over the phone. How could i even think in be treated by a doctor who hasn't even realize his staff is completely incompetent?

Dr. Lane assumes all patients without a bone sticking out are liars. He displays a picture in one of his exam rooms that is titles "The imaginary invalid", showing a man looking worried and guarding his hand. He is disrespectful and knows little about things not involving broken bones. He told me the thought nothing would help me but time, and at the same time recommended i go back to work while i was in horrible pain... from my work.
