Dr Keller is a great doctor

Dr.. Keller always listens. He has answered questions I asked months earlier and forgotten about. Gentle. Reasonable. Respectful.

Something has happened to this doctor. I have been seeing him for at least 25 years with no problems. But he has changed considerably over the past year or so. He doesn’t listen to what I say or ignores it. It is as if he no longer cares about me as a patient and my health has deteriorated as a result. Generally speaking he can handle simple problems, but for most problems he sends you to a specialist. But the most important thing I have to say is that he simply doesn’t seem to care.
