I have never been so offended by a doctor. If I could leave negative stars I would. Judging by his dismissive demeaner, I am 100% certain that if I were a man standing there with the exact same complaint he'd have been interested in finding the cause & discussing a solution & not telling me that as we age our veins shift - this is not a vanity issue or an aging issue or he'd have seen it at some other time in his 36 year career which he advised me he had not. Ever. Presented with my ongoing issue of a facial vein/artery which is intermittently bulging painfully in about a dime sized space w/ NO appearance of an actual vein & despite the demonstration he had me do while he watched w/ a bored appearance, he flicked off my concerns & pain without any real discussion of diagnosis, cause or treatment options - he'd "leave it alone". At which time he made his way to the door where he stood w/ his hand on the knob trying to leave while I continued to try to speak to him.

since my surgical procedures, i am so much better. I can walk the malls, and market again. I can move around comfortably without pain as long as I don't over do it. I am able to go to work part-time again. At 71 years old i thought was at the end of my rope until the good LORD lead me back to Dr. Dietzek. After my consultation with him he knew just what to do for me. I truely Praise the good LORD for the expertise and skills HE gave Dr. Dietzek.

Very pleased with the procedure that I had done

I had a huge varicose vein on my left thigh. After the closure surgery it is barely noticeable and most important does not hurt! Thank you to Dr. Dietzek and his staff especially Alyssa who kept me calm during surgery.

What an amazing improvement in my legs. I was always hesitant to have my legs surgically improved because my mother had mentioned she had heard negative things years ago. Dr. Dietzek explained to me how the surgery had changed and how it was easy and the procedure was quick and recuperation was fast and painless. This office is run so efficiently. Everything about my experience here was easy. From appointment scheduling, insurance issues (I had none thanks to the office), to the procedures I had done... everything was easy. Every person here was nice and the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Dr. Dietzek and Erika Dietzik APN were amazing. The procedure was quick and painless and the results nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend this practice.

25 years ago I had my veins stripped, with numerous scars afterward. In addition, I went under a general anesthesia The surgery had at least one month recovery. Within a few years I saw another varicose veins appearing. I waited a long time. Then Eureka! I recently discovered that there was no need for fear. I came to VVI, times have certainly changed. Great Staff respecful and profesional

I had endovenous ablation, and was very pleasantly surprised with the whole process. I have had varicose veins for many years, and was previously treated with sclerotherapy. The endovenous procedure was far faster and more comfortable than sclerotherapy was. Recovery was a breeze. The biggest down-side for me was wearing compression hose! My results were great, with much reduced swelling almost immediately in my affected leg. The entire staff was great to work with, and very responsive.
