No complaints

I only have praises for Dr. Butler and his assistants. My cousin is a PA in Michigan and has enlightened me on how overburdened the medical profession is across the country. Primary care physicians (family practice) are hard to find. Yet Dr. Butler has demonstrated his practice of medicine and patient care above and beyond. To that, I include his PAs/assistants. When I cannot get an appointment with a specialist or request to see Dr. Butler, I am quite aware of how difficult it is to run a medical practice such as a Swedish clinic while trying to keep all of us patients happy. Swedish does as well as is possible; therefore, I have no reason to go elsewhere for my medical care.

Dr Butler was very thorough and/ but very fast. His nurse was a bit rushed and scattered. It didn't affect me negatively, just noticed. This seems to be the case most times when I visit.

Dr. Butler is very empathetic and conscientious. Only issue on this visit was I had to wait 30 minutes in the consultation room after Dr. Butler had finished. His tech forgot about following up with me with the paperwork

Doctor Butler helped me a lot about sending me to specialist for cancer treatment and arrangement an appointment on time with specialist. 2years ago if the appointment was not made on time my life maybe worse.

Dr Butler talks very fast, and peppers you with questions, without giving you time to think about your answer. It is very hard to get your point across and understand what he is telling you.

I'm fully satisfied of my provider he always listened to my concerned.

The initial visit met all of my expectations. The next day I relayed information to Dr. Butlere's team, and got n immediate reply.

I love Dr Butler! He is smart, compassionate and listens very carefully to his patients. He moved from the nearby clinic but we followed him to West Seattle. He is absolutely worth the extra drive! He is awesome with both my 33 yr old autistic son and my husband with Parkinson's. He works well with our other doctors and is very respectful of our natural treatment choices. Dr Butler is exactly the kind of family doctor we need in every aspect. I'd give him many more stars if I could.
