I received a call from the doctor office one day prior to my scheduled visit. They told me they were not in network for my new insurance company and I would be responsible for the full fee. I contacted my insurance company and requested they send a letter stating that this office is in Network. I printed and took that with me, the clinic still contacted the insurance company again. Even though it was emailed to them and brought them in a printed form. Once that debacle was resolved, I paid my copay, then was called back. The nurse said “why are you here today?” I tentatively said, “to find out the results of the December testing that was done.“ That nurse put me into an exam room. A different nurse poked her head into the room for about half a second and closed the door. That same nurse that popped her head and returned with my chart and again asked me “why are you here today?“ I would think if you have my chart in hand, you know the reason for my visit at the office today. I think that it is ridiculous that the staff does not look at the records in their hands instead of asking the clients stupid questions. We are already upset with how our bodies are acting , we don’t need stupid people to deal with at the same time My results were inconclusive so I still have no results.

Difficulty with scheduling, nursing staff unprofessional and rude! Worst experience ever in minor surgery experience! Cancelled my last appointment after minor surgery because I had such an upsetting experience!

Dr Brooker was very caring and personable. I would definitely recommend him!

Superficial and hurried. Not showing interest, compassion or empathy. .

Great Dr.! While others could not figure out what was wrong with me, he got it right away. I have been his patient for 6 yrs now and have never been happier.

Dr Booker is one of the finest Dr's I have ever dealt with. His patients respect him. His bedside manner is wonderful, many Dr's could learn from his caring ways, thank you Dr. Booker for your care., and taking the time to discuss everything. Regards Nadine Campbell - Winter Haven Fl.
