By far one of the best dr’s I have ever felt with, excellent Service and professionalism. Very caring and straight shooter, Highly recommended. Performed my Ankle and foot surgery

have had two surgeries with him. The first one I didn’t really know what to expect and I think everything went fine, but a year later I didn’t fully get feeling back in the top of my foot. We concluded the pain a year later was “hardware pain” so he took out the long plate and nine screws. Now Almost a month later I am in constant pain everyday he gave me some pain medication very low dose and a few other medications for a short period of time. The pain medication stopped working and so did the other ones. I went back in because I can hardly sleep due to constant pain. My girlfriend and I overheard him saying outside the door in the worst tone “I don’t know what else to do for her” like I’m some kind of problem. He then comes in and tells me to go up on a medication that has stopped working and here try this topical ointment I asked what will a topical ointment do for the pain I’m feeling like in my bone and he told me it would help that. After applying the ointment my skin was on fire. I have sensitive skin so clearly I’m allergic to it. He proceeded to tell me very sarcastically that “you are the first person in five years that has told me this” oh okay…..so five years ago were you botching surgeries and had people complain and all of a sudden that’s happening again? I used to trust him and I heard a lot of great things about him. I chose him because I trusted him and he treats me like I’m a problem he doesn’t want to deal with. I am now in constant pain with no help and I don’t know why. I’m not sure how he became the chief of surgery, but don’t make the same mistake I did. Chose someone else.

Please stay away just a quick Google search and you will see he's permanently disabled soooo many people! Myself included.

Caring and attentive Doctor, made me feel at ease while caring for my bimalleolar ankle fracture. I was so nervous before being seen by a specialist and he made my experience bearable. I can't thank him enough.

The worst doctor and staff ever encountered. He is rude, has the worst bedside manners and would never recommend him to ANYONE. The entire process from scheduling to the actual doctor visit was awful. They booked the appointment under the wrong name 2x! I personally corrected it the day before! He asked all these questions, if you need the information why doesn't the staff say this when you book the appointment. Common sense, since we don't do this everyday! Completely disorganized and left a bad taste for the medical profession.

I had an HORRIBLE experience with this doctor. He doesnt have feelings and doesnt care about his patients. He made me redo a more complicated surgery. I dont recommend him to anyone.

I had a achilles tendon full rupture and went through the surgery, I have recovered pretty well. Kulsak did my surgery, he is very knowledgable and was patient enough to explain me the details about the injury and recovery. I would definitely recommend him for any foot or ankle related issues.
