HCPA does not appear to be carefull with patient information. They have been aware for months that their system is faxing health records to me (private person, not a doctor). I have complained, but they said they were too big to find everwhere the number exists. I find that unacceptable and I bet Dr. Neergheen's patient would be dissappointed that their private information is being faxed to me. What a sad example of a poorly run office.
