Dr. Prophit-Graves is an excellent doctor who is highly skilled. She knows her stuff, and when she is stumped on something that is out of her specialty, she isn't afraid to refer you to someone who sub-specializes in that area. Dr. Prophit is fantastic and truly cares!!!

She is amazing !! Very nice answers all questions . II actually moved away and when I moved back to Michigan it had been about 13 years since I seen her , and needed to establish care for my son , she got him in there so I didn't have to wait forever on finding a new ENT. And she's just as friendly ,pleasent ,as I remembered .her! Just very nice lady easy to talk to and that's appreciated so much ! I definitely would recommend her , she fixed my nose from a previous basically hack job of a surgery that was done by DR .Hugo Roseliar years back and it was in horriable shape !she is the only one I will ever trust again for myself or my son . Dr Prophet saved my husband's life with quick diagnosis and reaction to something no other Doctor knew how to deal with Ludwig's Angina! 14 years later he is still very happy to be alive ,with only a scar on his neck as a reminder of that December.

The bed side manners of Dr. Prophit are phenomenal! She walks you through what is going to happen with your kiddo so you know when they leave and are put under anesthesia they are in safe hands. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She’s a busy Dr. and that is understandable because she is an expert in her field and everyone wants to see her. Be patient while waiting to be seen, you will not be disappointed with her care.

Dr. Prophit and her P.A. Angela Enders are absolutely the best E.N.T here in Kalamazoo. I have had a complex sinus surgery performed by her and it's completely changed my life. I never feel rushed, you can literally feel the compassion and empathy emanating from her and her staff. She is also not pompous as well. Interactions with her are human to human, not the typical Doctor to patient. She also responds to my messages, usually within less than a couple of hours. I also have a very complex medical history which she is very knowledgeable about and helps my through my non ENT problems with encouragement and empathy. Dr. Prophit is the best E.N.T. in Southwest Michigan. Her surgical expertise, compassion and dedication to her patients is outstanding. I normally dislike doctors, but Dr. Prophit goes above and beyond and she treats you like a human being. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Dr. Prophit-Graves is an excellent doctor who is highly skilled. She did my sinus surgery in the 1990s and I still see her on and off now. She knows her stuff, and when she is stumped on something that is out of her specialty, she isn't afraid to refer you to someone who sub-specializes in that area. She may not be the most compassionate doctor, but she is very caring and is excellent at what she does.

Long waits to schedule appointments, 3-4 months, even for established patients with urgent needs. I've had to go to urgent care to get treatment instead. In addition the Dr has cancelled several of my scheduled appointments, leading to even further delays in being seen. When calling for assistance, office staff seems indifferent to patient needs.
