Dr. Orlin-Kraff rushed through my retinal eye exam like she had another $627 dollars to make. No time for me. Started out cordial enough, filled out the billing codes on the computer screen and then ran out the door. I ran behind her assistant asking where is the exit? Finally getting to the billing clerk who kindly read the diagnosis: retinal deterioration which by the way is serious. When Dr.Orlin-Kraff is making money hand over fist there is no time to tell the patient anything. I left feeling not only had I been had but also like a billing code. Find another doctor unless you like impersonal, factory sytle eye care.
