I started the OWL diet 12 days ago at 167lbs and today I was 158lbs!! ???? If you follow the diet and do the work, it does work and you WILL lose the weight! The staff is great and my appointments are easy and always on time. I would definitely recommend this program and the office to anyone who is struggling with their weight!

Dr. Abbott is the best in Omaha! He and his staff always pencil me in when I come to visit, including weekends when I call last-minute to schedule. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Dr Abbott and staff have been so amazing to me and my husband. We both suffer from low T and are under the care of Dr Abbott. He is easy to talk to and never is trying to sell you..just educates you on options and what could improve your life!! Today I had Birthday Botox treatment and again super impressed!! Dr. Abbott is a very highly skilled professional doctor in the field of enhancing one's beauty. I respect the doctor' s opinion of what will look good and not so good involving any procedure. I love how he listens to my concerns and he is willing to take the time needed for whatever procedure is done.

I was quite nervous about having Botox, but Dr. Abbott made me feel very comfortable and at ease with having it. He explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. He gave me a quote and there was no pressure to have it done that day. I did it and loved it! The rest of his staff was kind and helpful as well. I will definitely be going back!

Amy provides excellent service and strives for perfection. I have had several services performed and very pleased with the outcome of all of them. I turned 58 this past week and have to say that I continually receive compliments of the appearance of my skin. I truly appreciate Amy, thank-you!

I have had multiple procedures done at OMS. I have had a derma file, botox, Juvderm, Derma roller and recently the new amazing skin pen procedure. I have had procedures done by Dr.Abbott and Amy. Both do a amazing job. Recently I had the skin pen done and was very tolerable compared to derma roller. I cant wait to get my next one done. I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers from acne scars. This is very affordable and very minmal downtime. I highly recommend Omaha Med Spa. The staff is very professional and take time to explain the benefits of each procedure. More importantly I have not felt pressured to proceed with any treatment. Amy and Dr. Carter answered my questions but did not pressure me into making a decision about treatments as do some spas in the Omaha area. I have had both botox and juvaderm with great results. I have sent friends and family to the spa and all have been happy with the services they have received. I highly recommend Omaha Med Spa. Omaha Med Spa has professional and friendly staff. Dr. Carter was able to answer all my questions in a detailed and professional manner. He allowed he to think about want he was talking about and carefully consider my options. I would definitely recommend his services to my family and friends.

I love this spa. I recently came in for a consult regarding the use of testosterone as my levels are low. I did not feel pressured into using the pellets at all. Dr. Abbott took time to explain my T levels, why it is important to have the right levels for women my age, and advised that if and when I choose to seek treatment, he would be happy to help me. I owe much to Dr. Abbott as he was the first doctor who diagnosed me with low thyroid function. It was because of him that I was able to treat my hypothyroidism. I am taking Nature Throid now and feel much better than I did before his diagnosis. All of the staff are courteous and professional and I appreciate all of the trial size samples that they offer.
