Dr. Caroline L Gannon

Caring about the welfare of her patients is not high on her list. She complains if her patients ask questions about their diagnosis and seems to want to get the visit over with as quickly as possible. She also grumbles about having to wear a mask the whole time you're in the room with her. It's as if your safety during a pandemic means very little to her. I would not recommend a person see this podiatrist for a stubbed toe let alone an ingrown toenail. Absolutely ridiculous!

Dr. Gannon is a caring and excellent doctor. Highly recommend her and her staff.

I find her treatments for ingrown toenails to be ineffective. There are a lot of young male children that get these problems at a young age. Dr. Gannon did not provide and show problem solving and prevention in decision making. There are procedures where one can just take out the very corner of the ingrown toenail and put some type of solution in the very corner between the nail and skin that would stop the nail from growing back into the skin again. Also, infections with ingrown toenail procedures are very very common and esp. hard to treat with children. Some kind of prevention method should be implemented to prevent these types of problems (chronic ingrown toenail problems) from repeating themselves over and over again. By the time the child becomes a man, his toenails are ruined by the trauma of the repeated ingrown toenail procedures and the nail growns out yellowish with breaks in it and splits.

Dr Gannon is very knowledgeable! She made my son feel so comfortable when he was nervous. She treated his wound and helped it to heal. She gave us a specific protocol to follow. She was kind, direct and confident. Easy to schedule with. I would definitely recommend her. Great with kids.

I took my 91 year old father in to Dr Gannon for an ingrown toe nail. She was fine with that, afterwards she trimmed his nails. She did a horrible job. She had trimmed his nails so short, five of the 10 were bleeding! She cut them past the quick. She had to put bandages on them. It has been 2 weeks now, they are still not grown out and still painful when he wears shoes. We will never go back to her!

My mother is an elderly diabetic and it was recommended she go to podiatrist. Dr. Gannon was recommended. Dr. Gannon came in, did not introduce herself to either of us, started trimming my mother's nails, told us what our insurance would pay for, then left. We had no idea insurance would even pay and were willing to self pay. As a first time patient I expected a bit more. An introduction would have been nice. A decent nail trim but overall would not recommend.

I went to see Dr. Gannon with right foot pain. I had tarsal tunnel syndrome and was miserable. She worked with me to try several conservative options and I finally requested surgical intervention. She went into my foot and found I had multiple problems including a mass in my foot that had to be removed. My foot is now fixed and healing. She is an amazing surgeon and physician. She listens to her patients and shows such compassion for them.

Dr. Gannon is not only very professional and obviously knows her subject matter; but she is kind, compassionate and treats you on a very personal basis. This is a trait of a good physician who makes you feel like you are special and your own needs are being addressed. I highly recommend her as a Podiatrist, and I have had experience with Podiatrists in 2 other states.

Spring Hill...I recently moved to Spring Hill. I am a diabetic patient. I had a wound on my left foot and went to Dr. Gannon on Thursday. Every diabetic needs to know a good podiatrist. Gannon is extremely skillful and has a brilliant medical mind. I received excellent treatment. The instruments were all sterilized, the office was spotlessly clean and the staff was knowledgeable and efficient. I give her five stars for my treatment.

Dr. Gannon was great! VERY helpful, explained everything I need to know and took away my foot pain! I will go back and I would recommend her to friends and family!!

At my first visit Dr. Gannon was able to totally relieve my pain. And she was very helpful and informative regarding my preventing future pain. I would highly recommend her and have in fact already done so.

Dr. Gannon was very thorough, competent and friendly. She took the time to explain the issues and the options. I recommend her.

I saw Dr Gannon for a potential plantar fasciitis problem. From the minute she walked in the room she was very short with me. When I asked questions to better understand the recommended treatment her answers were borderline rude. I would not recommend her at all.
