Dr. Hubbard consistently misdiagnosed my daughter, for several years. Not only did this make her life (and ours) exponentially more difficult, it also prevented us from getting her the proper care. Several years later, she has finally been properly diagnosed with autism. I find it baffling that autism spectrum is one of Dr. Hubbard's specialties, because she missed the boat on a very clear case. If I had known then what I know now, she would have been our last choice.

I first met with Dr. Hubbard 22 years ago; my then seven-year-old son had autism. Dr. Hubbard is truly extraordinary. She was an exceptionally strong advocate for my son, even to visiting his school and discussing his needs with teachers and administrators. She was without fail kind, generous with her time, and caring. She kept me informed about various resources available for my son, and was personally supportive of me--far beyond what I would have ever expected from a doctor.
