This place is a extremely unprofessional and has absolutely no regard for patient care or well being. My mother was yo yo’ed between Dr McQueen and the surgeon across the way whom promised new, helpful procedures to relieve her pain, but instead sent her home in tears multiple times. The surgeon told my mother that he got a higher education so that he wouldn’t have to work hard like she does and that was basically his word of advice. Now for Dr McQueen… this @sshole not only sent my mom home in tears because of inflicted pain with difficult injections, but then had her make an appointment to discuss another optional treatment to help relieve her major pain in which he reveals there is NOTHING more he can do to help her!!! Not only did he get her hopes up, waist her time and money, but then tells her he will not sign any paper work for her to ease up on work duties, etc because he doesn’t want to get caught up in filling out paperwork which doesn’t make him any money!!!! Who says that??!? Isn’t it part of your job as a physician to do both clinical and documentation work?!? Absolutely disgusted!!!! What a complete penny pinching butcher shop!!!!

Dr McQueen is always caring and professional.

Dr McQueen went out of his way to make sure I had the pain relief I needed, staying late to wait for me to get there in the snow and coming in early to add me on when he was already over booked. He explained things thoroughly and uses handouts to help me remember, which I love! His procedure for me in the ASC was efficient and efficacious.

Dr.McQeen is very knowlegable re pain management and treatment He is a good listener and offers me a choice of treatment options.

Treated me for back and hip pain for 7 months. His treatment was marginally successful. A lot of it was hit-or-miss though. I decided that the partial improvement didn't justify my time or money. He is not very pleasant to deal with and seemed uninterested in me as a patient. I hope to find another doctor who is more organized, explains what he's doing, and is more personable. There was a wait of at least a month between appts., even for a current patient with ongoing pain.
