Dr. Ramirez is a fine physician. He listens to my problems, explains everything carefully and takes time with me each visit. His staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Can not praise them highly enugh!

Dr. Ramirez is patient oriented. He explains well, makes certain he is understood, and cares. He is professional and knows his field of medicine. He understands the effects of the illnesses he treats on his patients and provides positive encouragement. In short, he is a fine physician.

We have just seen by Dr Ramirez in his clinic now. He has a thorough examinations and plans for my husband's gout. Also, the staffs are friendly.

I have had numerous surgeries, chronic pain and severe arthritis. Dr. Ramirez looked though my extensive medical records, did a thorough clinical interview and explained my diagnosis. Although he could not help me because i do not have an autoimmune issue. However, i would highly recommend him to anyone with that type of arthritis.

I am so impressed with Doctor Ramirez! So many doctors are threatened by questions. He welcomes them and has the greatest explanations including charts and graphs. Its extremely hard to get ahold of them. The answering machine is someone's personal phone that never says who your calling and then they just never answer the phone. The girl behind the desk is the rudest person I have met. Very frustrating

Would give zero stars if possible. Been calling nonstop to have access to my results which costed over $1,000 to have about 16+ test ran. No one does anything helpful they say ok we will look into and call you back and days later will still never call. I pay $40 every visit and over a $1,000 for testing but no access to seeing my own results? Submitted all my medications I was on prior to coming to them, instead of actually looking into the medication I was on they allowed me to stay on certain ones that I shouldn’t have been on that has now put me at high risk for blood clots. I've been a patient of Dr. Ramirez since he use to be located off of Binz road. I am guessing at least 10+ yrs. Under his care and treatment I have been flare up free since 2007. His knowledge and compassion of Lupus has kept me loyal to his practice. If he were to move to another location, I will still follow him. I now drive 40 miles and he is worth every mile. I have been seeing Dr. Ramirez for over five years and have nothing but great things to say about him. He is friendly and personable. Any time I have questions for him I log into the portal, send him a message directly, and he replies in a timely manner. Wendy, his office manager, has also done a great job handling billing inquiries as well as pharmacy prior authorizations, even when the insurance company required extra information. Dr. Ramirez and his staff have provided me excellent care over the last eight years. I find Dr. Ramirez to be quite knowledgeable of my condition and possible complications. The treatment he has prescribed has to allowed me to carry on with my life. Wait times are minimal .

Dr. Ramirez and his staff are super friendly, efficient and very caring. I appreciate his openness in discussing difficult conditions in a realistic yet optimistic manner. He has been very helpful to me and I would definitely recommend him. The office staff obviously works well together and puts the patient first. I feel fortunate to have found him.
