As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with kindness. Every single person I dealt with was very professional and courteous. Dr. Letelier took the time to clearly explain the results of my X-rays and diagnosis. It’s no wonder why he was voted “Top Dentists” by his peers!

Best of the best! Doctor was very caring and staff were all very friendly!

This is the BEST oral surgery center!!! The staff (Jeffrey, Debbie, Kelli), all the nurses and assistants (I'm sorry I don't know all their names), and of course the surgeon Dr. Carlos Letelier are AMAZING!!! Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, professional, helpful, thorough, and they make sure you understand everything and will work with you so you have the best care (which is so greatly appreciated). My mom had her oral surgery earlier today (March 15, 2023) and she's doing great for a 71 year old. She LOVES EVERYONE here and says they're the BEST!!! and she doesn't say that about everyone. Her grandma was a dentist so she knows who is good. My mom's the sweetest person and everyone took EXCELLENT care of her. Only the BEST for my mommy. Highly recommend for the best care and the best oral surgeon who REALLY cares about his patients. I'm so relieved and happy knowing they're taking care of my mom. No worries and no stress. Just happy and extremely thankful. My mom is the most important person to my siblings and I and from all her kids, we greatly appreciate and thank everyone here for taking care of our precious mom. ❤️ Also, mom loves everyone here and looks forward to seeing all her friends again. ❤️ That's how great this place is and how precious my mom is. From the moment you make the phone call you feel like someone special not just another number. It’s even better when you get there everyone is exceptionally nice … helpful… polite…and fun.. The Doctor is wonderful as well he has a way of talking and kidding to keep you calm. Best Dental office I’ve ever seen (very clean) or been too. Fantastic from first call to last visit definitely a 5 ⭐️+++++++

Jeffrey is amazing to work with regarding eligibility, scheduling and answering all my questions. Super friendly and knowledgeable and informative. Dr and the surgery staff were also great. The check in process took 2 hours. Way to long to do that in my opinion. I understand X-rays and care plan need to be determined if not done before though two hours from the time we were told to arrive and when the procedure actually began. Post survey care was also great!!

This place is the best! I am rom pahrump and went in today and could not have been treated better. Everyone had a sense of humor and did their best to lighten the mood. It has been a 5 hours and since they have been pulled and no pain at all. Thank you to all the staff! Phenomenal place! I would recommend it to everyone!

This Establishment is one of thee best Oral Surgeon office we have visited in Las Vegas. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of protocols from these complicated insurances to dental procedures! The most wonderful Dr. you could ever meet. He made me feel so comfortable, I didn't even get a chance to be anxious. To top it off, I woke up to a song from my country playing in the background lol( I'm from Sierra Leone and we had chatted before my procedure....he selected the song for the staff to play). Extremely well run office, front desk to billing to nursing staff. Great surroundings made this oral surgery a much better experience than I had in previous places. I cannot recommend this great Doctor enough.

Amazing specialist and the office manager, Deb, is hands down the best I've ever encountered. I mentioned, in passing, that I needed to find a dentist for my 3 year old with ASD. Deb promptly provided not only a name, but also the doctors business card. Thank you again!

Love his office decor(thanks to his wife). There are medieval tapestries snd paintings amongst the dark wood chair rails and crown moldings- exquisite. His state of the art imaging devices are superior. My pano x-ray didn’t hurt at all, where as the one done my by my regular dentist always hurts my mouth when they put the little cardboard inserts in. Kelli and the staff came up with a creative way to get my insurance to possibly pay for my ct scans with no money out of my pocket. The procedure cost was much less than I expected, and they have x months same as cash for using care credit. Dr. Letelier is very personable and explained everything as I was looking at my images. I would Highly recommend. I got all four wisdom teeth removed yesterday and perfectly fine today. I walked in Dr. Letelier office in pain and actually in my surprise walked out with no more pain. I have very little swelling. I do believe I’ll be able to come to work the day I was going to take off. I’m not saying my case will be the same as others but definitely am happy. The Doctor and the office seem very professional but be wary of their billing. Ask about the cost first before you are seen by a doctor, and be specific about what you will be charged. They also do not take any type of medical (non dental) insurance.

Everyone at Dr. Letelier's office was very cordial and welcoming. I got that relaxed feeling as soon as I walked in the door. I had no long wait time for any of the services I had. I would say this office staff and Dr. Letelier are extremely helpful.

Extremely professional and caring doctor and staff. They make the entire procedure very streamline with information, guidance, and tips that put the patient at ease. I really enjoyed my experience here at Dr. Letelier’s office. Immediately when you walk in the office is very cozy and decorated. It didn’t even feel like I was at a clinic at first. Then Dr. Letelier did my consultation and handed me a little stuffed animal and said it was my surgery buddy. The nurses took me into the operating room, gave me a medication to calm my nerves, talked to me and reassured me, and then the doctor came in to put the IV in me and I was fast asleep. My husband told me that the operation only took about 20 minutes. I went home and slept for most of the day, but around 7:30pm Dr. Letelier called me to personally check up on how I was doing. I am very pleased with the service we received from Dr. Letelier and the entire team! My son was in for his wisdom teeth extractions. Everything was completed without any difficulty. After the procedure my son had minor discomfort. No pain meds needed. They extracted on a Friday and by Monday he was back to school. Thank you team!

So grateful to Dr. Letelier & his entire staff for making what I expected to be a stressful experience completely smooth & seamless. I'm grateful you take our insurance. **Update- my hearing aid had fallen out during the procedure and the amazing staff were kind enough to look for and find it for me. They notified me promptly and gave me the option of mailing since I live so far out of town. Just wow! Amazing people at The Center!! This was the best experience I've had with this kind of situation. Usually not a fan of doctors offices or having procedures but this was different. Everyone I encountered was so nice and the offices were clean, nicely decorated, and efficient. Doctor Carlos is a very kind and special human with a fun personality and a caring touch. My girl went there to have her tooth extracted. It was one of those complicated ones. Dr. L went above and beyond and so did his staff. I would highly recommend them! They are the best!

We took our boys to have their wisdom teeth removed and they were nervous. Everyone here is excellent. The boys were well taken care of and when they woke up was asking when they were going to start. I am very grateful for everyone here.

Went to see Dr. to have both of my boys wisdom teeth out. It was so professional that he was warm, caring, and made them feel comfortable as possible. He called a couple hours after the surgery to see how they were recovering and doing. One of the best doctors in Las Vegas.

I came in to have a residual stitch removed from a bone graft procedure I had at my normal surgeon’s office in Seattle 2 months ago and nothing more. I was told over the phone prior to arriving that this would be billed as a consultation at $114 total which I was totally willing to pay since it was my first time in the office. I waited 20 minutes for the doctor. The doctor came in, talked to me for 30 seconds, and spent less than 10 seconds removing the stitch. That was it. Suddenly this turned into a $159(?) visit because “the doctor checked my bone graft sites healing and reviewed my medical history.” I never requested him to check my bone graft sites and EVERY good doctor reviews medical history/etc. for their personal liability reasons prior to seeing a patient. Only when I said I would dispute the claim as unethical billing did they resolve and decide not to charge anything. The doctor personally called me and told me that they “decided not to charge me anything and to just forget about them.” Perfect. Most likely because it would’ve been a poor outcome for them. The doctor was very nice for the 1 minute that I saw him which is the only reason for the 2 star review but be careful with the billing. I was very willing to pay for the services I had done (one stitch removal) and was ready to pay the $114 but nothing is worse than a doctor overcharging because they think they can get away with it. It’s not even about the $$- just the principle of ethics.
