Got a few recommendations in a moms fb group, he's really as great as they said. I'm glad we found him.

***Warning*** Clearly an Insurance scam!! Playing on parents emotions for money. He told us to come in after a scheduled appointment to see my 6 day old daughter. We get there to be told that we would be charged $6000 dollars. Or we could conveniently pay $450 today and everything would be fine. They even told us that have done this in the past to other parents and other parents were "really upset". He had every opportunity to come to the hospital to see my child like he said he would. The office was dirty with masks on the floor and the waiting room in disarray. The receptionists weren't wearing masks. ***Warning*** Clearly an Insurance scam!! Dr. Zeidenweber is not only compassionate but also experienced professional. He was able to diagnose my son’s condition accurately and gave the proper guidance on his surgery while other doctors missed some diagnosis and pushed to do the surgery too early without disclosing us the downside. He is always gentle and sympathetic to my son’s fear and I feel so grateful that we found him. I’m forever grateful. Only thing I do not like about the office is that the staff / front office people are not nice. One in particular rolled her eyes when my son was crying and refusing to do the EKG because he just had a traumatic surgery. She complained and made remarks that showed no patience or compassion for the child. The way she handled him and spoke to us was disrespectful and lacked care.

Wonderful doctor terrible front office staff.Rude, unpolished and unprofessional.

Went to see Dr Zeidenweber this morning and he was so professional and caring. Very warm and welcoming doctor and kept me informed during my echocardiogram. I was so happy and he encouraged me to continue to take care of myself and my baby. His staff were also polite and professional. Janet who assisted me to get the appointment was very patient and understanding and helped me work around my work schedule. I couldn't ask for more, thanks Janet and Dr Zeidenweber for an awesome experience. I am definitely telling everyone about your service. Thanks again! My toddler had an illness that required the care of a cardiologist and the hospital sent Dr. Zeidenweber to see her. It the blur of being trapped in a hospital for nearly a week with a small child, I barely noticed anything about him. We just had to have a follow up appointment with him and this time, as I was calm and had my wits about me, I have to say, he's one of the nicest physicians I've ever encountered. He was totally understanding that our little one was scared of him after her recent hospital stay. He went totally out of his way to try to make her feel better, bringing her stickers and even a lollipop. He didn't bat an eye that she cried and carried on during the echocardiogram and spoke calmly to both of us the whole time. At the end, he made sure to stay and ask us if we had any additional questions or concerns, and answered everything patiently without seeming rushed or annoyed at all. I just wanted to leave this review for him because he is exceptional. I wish all of our doctors were more like him. Dr. Zeidenweber and his staff are amazing. They made me and my family feel welcomed and were so kind to us. Dr. Z treated my family and my daughter like she was his own. He went above and beyond to constantly keep me in the know and contact me about anything that would arise. Dr. Z also stayed in constant contact with my daughters surgeon and our pediatrician. The relationship that Dr. Z has with people in the community and all around just shows you the kind of person Dr. Z is. My daughter ended up having two open hearts surgeries at Nicklaus Children's Hospital. She was scheduled for Sept 13, but had a heart spell at home at the end of august and needed the surgery earlier than expected. Dr. Z, had prepared me for this just in case. He gave me a paper with emergency numbers, directions for the EMS, what to do at the hospital and a bunch of phone numbers. When my daughter had that spell at 6 at night and I followed the directions he had given me and was so prepared. I called Dr. Z and he picked up immediately and called the hospital in Miami to get things organized for my baby. Dr. Z constantly called and checked on me multiple times a day and sent his in Miami partner to see my daughter every single morning and give him the reports. Very impressed with the level of care, expertise, and kindness that I received from Dr. Z and his team. Thank you for taking care of my baby girl and keeping her healthy. I saw Dr. Zeidenweber for a fetal echocardiogram when my pregnancy had progressed beyond the MFM's ability to obtain all heart views. Dr. Zeidenweber had a wonderful bedside manner and was very patient with my excited one year old. His warmth towards small children was very evident and put me at ease. He chatted with my little one and she was delighted. He was very detailed in explaining the procedure as he went. I loved the relaxed office and had a great experience. Highly recommend him.

Very professional and courteous. We have been seeing Dr. Z for 4 years and have not had a wait time in the office longer than 10 minutes. Appointments are easy to schedule, reminders are sent and if there are issues with the appointment, they call you with time to reschedule. Dr. Z is patient and explains medical terminology in a way that anyone can understand and spends the necessary amount of time with you to make you comfortable and empowered to help in your child's care once you leave office

We have gone to Dr. Zeidenweber for both of our pregnancies. Easy to schedule and appointment and easy to access location. Loved our appointment with Dr. Z. He is extremely passionate about what he does and explains everything to you so you can understand. Highly recommend.

Dr. Z is extremely passionate about his work. Explained everything to us so we could readily understand the purpose of the examination as well as the results. We have used him twice already.

Has a bad practice of billing for egregious amounts to the consumer despite being reimbursed the pre-negotiated rates from the insurance company. He threatens to send you to collections for amounts not owed; which have been closed by the insurance companies.
