I am 31 years old and was diagnosed with melanoma skin cancer and was referred to Dr. Contreras! Me and my parents were really impressed with him. He listened to us and explained everything that was going to happen. We were very pleased with the consult, the surgery and the follow up visit!

I question his ability as a doctor and the things he did and allowed to happen to my 55 year old father, who he accidentally cut his stomach and intestine after mis- diagnosis of cancer. He has no bedside manner. If you or your loved one values their life they will seek a second opinion or a new doctor.

Bedside manners COLD. Presented himself as all knowing and all seeing. No empathy and I believe it would hurt himself if he smiled, ever. The doctor he assigned to do my test failed. This resulted in not diagnosing my cancer for almost a year later where it has gone to several other organs now.

Dr Contreras,was not only very personable, but listened to us as a WHOLE! Husband and wife unit.As our 4 month journey was continued.He listened to the fact that I could help take care of my husband . And gave very direct and complete information to me on how to take care of him..Dr. Contreras.managed to not only give complete health care.. But, he us gave heart care!!!! He met us on our level, one on one.. And for such a super intelligent person.. Still met us one on one.. Thank you! Dr.C!
