I hate to leave this review, but I feel like it is really needed. I saw the nurse practitioner not the doctor just so everyone who is reading this review knows I never met the doctor I was told many false things about my fracture. I was told to purchase a splint off of Amazon. That could have potentially displaced my non-displaced fracture. I was told that they do not give cast for my type of fracture. They stopped doing it about 10 years ago. Which was also very false. I was questioned about my midwives certifications on supervising my medication’s, which had absolutely nothing to do with my fracture. I was told that I should be getting x-rays once a week to see progress while pregnant which also is not a good idea. I see many good reviews they must only be for the doctor. I do feel really bad leaving this review on such a highly rated place but I feel like my experience needs to be put out There. Also, the nurse practitioner that I saw told me that I had a boxers fracture which was also extremely false information. He was given x-rays from the UMC quick care. On the x-rays it clearly shows that the fracture is at the base of my wrist on my fifth metacarpal. This nurse practitioner was wanting to immobilize my last two fingers which would have caused me to go through physical therapy when I was done For no reason. Immobilize in my last two fingers would have caused more harm than good. I got in with another Doctor Who is a specialist who immediately told me what I ordered off of Amazon was dangerous for my fracture as well as I would need a cast for four weeks. I took one x-ray just to make sure that the splint that was recommended to me did not displace my non-displaced fracture. Luckily it did not displace it so I am very happy . I will be back in four weeks to x-ray again and take my cast off. Also, just a sidenote, that the cast comes down right before my knuckles and all of my fingers are out, it has taken me a full 48 to be able to move my fingers again. The specialist that I saw after the nurse practitioner gave me a special list of exercises to be doing to make sure I’ll be able to regain finger, strength and finger movement properly.

I have been with Dr. Williams for many years now we are like family. He is now like my adopted dad LoL ..he is very caring and wonderful. Dr. Williams has done 17 surgeries on my hands. around the 2nd week of May he will perform 18 surgeries on my cost in my hand and my index finger.

Dr Williams is a great specialist, I feel confident during this process of working with my hands nerves to recover my normal movement. Dr. Williams put me at ease explained everything to me so I understood what will be be going on. The staff was excellent made sure i got what was needed and both doctor and nurses were gentle made sure no pain was added to my injury. Very glad I ended up with this doctor and his staff.

I have been seeing Dr Williams for 20+ yrs for a hand condition. He is so very kind and compassionate, and extremely easy to talk to. He is the only Dr that I truly trust. I never feel rushed and the office staff is just as great. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this practice and am so grateful to Dr Williams for his dedication to his patients.

Dr. Carl has been such a Blessing, he's a genuine Caretaker that truly goes over & above to reassure, encourage, & actively listen to his patients while simultaneously finding solutions that will alleviate their concerns. His staff are also very kind & accomodating. Each time my experiences have been very positive.

The office was PACKED HOWEVER, front desk administrator Mercedes keeps things running quickly. Dr Williams was brief yet attentive and hopefully NO surgery needed. Pleased ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the time I made an appointment they were efficient and helpful. Mercedes took info of what was going on before I saw Dr Williams. I can't thank him enough for telling me there was something wrong with my hand and explained what was wrong and how it affected the rest of my hand, wrist. I almost cried because no one, my primary and urgent care I visited told me there was nothing wrong. It was just arthritis. Thank you to your entire staff and I look forward to moving ahead with you. The staff was very friendly and kind! I never had to wait longer than 5-10 min when waiting to be seen. I only met Dr Williams once when my surgery took place and he was very professional and explained the operation in a way I could understand it. I worked with Dr. Krantz mostly in the office and he was patient and understanding with my my needs. I also happened to faint during a removal of my pin, and Dr kranz was super helpful with ensuring I was alright. With the help of Dr. Krantz this made the recovery a lot easier, and helped me to recover as quick as possible. Overall the office is very professional with quick and reliable service.

Dr. Williams has performed carpal tunnel surgery with trigger thumb and finger on both of my hands. He is an amazing surgeon and so caring. I highly recommend him and his staff!

I had a traumatic amputation of a portion of my left middle finger. I went to the ER & got a part of the section severed off, sewn back on. The ER doc told me to get set up with a hand specialist ASAP. I saw Dr. Williams, Jr. had good reviews, so I called; they were extremely busy but they squeezed me in no problem. Stay away from this doctor! What type of a hand surgeon doesn’t have materials in his office for stabilizing fractures? I have two types of fractures in my finger in addition to blood built up under my actual nail bed and underneath the skin just at the knuckle of my finger tip. It was also evident to see that my nail bed needed to be drained, treated, and pulled completely off. Instead of really being concerned about caring for my finger/hand and the excruciating pain I was in due to having multiple fractures and an infection in my finger, I was sent away twice (the first two weeks of my injury) with nothing but Dr. Williams telling me that although my finger is broken in tiny pieces at the tip and the infection that has started in my finger everything would be just fine. He didn’t do apply any type of protection for my finger/hand such as a splint, cast etc. If I was a white woman, would I have received such poor treatment from him? I’ve since found a provider that actually cares about ensuring that I don’t lose my finger due to infection. I will be making a complaint to the medical board. Stay away from this doctor! In 18 years of living in Las Vegas my visit to Dr Williams’ office was the most efficient and professional I’ve experienced. Their staff was top notch and clearly well trained. My name was called three minutes before my scheduled time and I couldn’t have asked for better.

As soon as I walked into Dr Williams office for my first appointment I felt comfortable. As I checked in I was asked to fill out the basic first time paperwork. To my surprise my name was already on the paperwork which made it much easier to fill out. Thats an extra step that the staff doesn't have to take. I asked a few questions and the staff was eager to make sure I understood everything on the forms. I was called in right after I completed the paperwork to see Dr Williams. First his nurse (or medical assistant) got all the necessary information from me that needed to be brought up to date for Dr Williams and was very professional. Dr Williams came in and did an examination on me. He immediately made me comfortable and was able to identify some issues I had. He ordered an MRI and I am currently being helped by the staff in setting up the appointment and using my insurance. I kept telling the doctor and his staff and anyone that would listen how great they were to me. I can't convey that enough. This was by far the best doctor visit I have ever had.
