I really appreciate your office willing to help me with pain and infection until my appointment 2 and a half weeks from now. After I got off the phone I called my husband crying happy tears cause I've been in pain for days and I was starting to literally loose my mind. Thank you thank you. I cannot believe that I put up with all of that pain for all of that time out of fear of scheduling an appointment . Professional, personable and comforting staff. This place is amazing. I cracked my wisdom tooth and it decayed and started caus3ing me pain. I couldn't get it pulled by a regular dentist. Im a truck driver so I tried for a month to make an appointment with my local oral surgeon to get it taken out but could never get ahold of any one. So a few days ago my tooth disintegrated a little more and I was in extreme pain. I went through tubes of oralgel trying to find relief and I called multiple oral surgeon in my area to try to get it taken out. After calling multiple places and no one able to get me in till the end of January at the earliest even for an emergency, this place was willing to gi e me an appointment that day. Even though this place was over an hour away from where I lived I needed relief. I had an appointment for 3 and go there at 230. I sat in the chair right at 3 after looking at it dr Mazza decided to pull it right away he numbed me up and had it out in no time. I was out and on my way home by 330. THIS WAS THE MOST PAIN FREE TOOTH EXTRACTION I'VE EVER HAD!!! Even now that the meds have worn off a few hours later im still relatively pain free. I was amazed with how good this place is and for me was definitely worth the long drive to get there.... Went in seen Dr. Milano. I’m extremely scared of going to the dentist. He made my experience awesome. I have to get another tooth pulled and I am not even nervous one bit knowing he will be pulling it. I highly recommend Dr. Milano I was in and out in new time with no pain at all. Thanks Dr Milano.

I went in to see Dr Milano, with an abscessed tooth, my face was swollen and in pain!! Dr Milano had me in and out within a half HR, and surprisingly very minimal pain! Thank you Dr Milano! I highly recommend him.

I called and got an appointment the same day fora tooth extraction. Dr. Milano and his staff were patient and kind. I have no insurance and he didn't rip me off! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best there is, dr Milano is amazing. I have always been afraid of the dentist lol, but Dr. Milano makes it less painful to get a tooth extracted than getting a filling. His bedside manner is so soothing, and calm, he cares about his patients. Look no where else

I've been to a lot of dentists. This was by far the best experience I've had. Pain free. Very nice Doctor and staff. Everything was explained well and quick. Didn't think places like this actually exist. It was my first time here and I hope if I ever need anything else done this will be the place I go. UPDATE: came back here today (9/30/19) to get a molar removed. Not sure if it was done by D.M.D Milano or Mazza. Whoever it was did a great job. In and out in 15mins. Staff still really friendly. Trust someone who's been to a lot of dentists, this is by far the best place to go. I dont know any of these people personally, I'm not related to anyone at this place and I dont get any kickbacks for writing this. Incompetent Staff. We have been having a billing issue with Dr. Mazza's Office for 9 months now. The admin staff is completely confused by our two insurance companies. They were not able to file the insurance claims correctly and they overcharged us on pre-payment. Now they refuse to honor the EOB statements from the insurance company and issue us a refund for overpayment. And they claim that we own them more! We have started a dispute procedure with our insurer and are planning to take this issue further. This office is below any possible standard in competence or customer service. Pathetic! Update: I had my follow up appointment post OP. I brought up all of my concerns. Dr Mazza was very callous and did not seem to genuinely care about my discomfort/complaints. Simply saying "sorry" but not having the tone or body language behind it is not convincing. They did fix their billing error which the receptionist (different than the last one), admitted the first one was coded wrong. Of course this fix did not come without great deal of attitude of staff. Then when I brought up another concern, Dr Mazza blew it off entirely. I still do not recommend this place. I'd give 0 stars if I could! And yes, I will happily admit I was not happy in that office and did not come across as happy. I did not scream, curse or degrade staff in any way however so the blatant disrespect from their staff was unprofessional. I used to speak so highly of this place. I suffer from severe anxiety. I made it VERY clear that I wanted to be completely asleep for my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Mazza stated he wont and only give me light sedation because I am allergic to Dilaudid. I told him I have received anesthesia before and had no issues - in fact, I was told I had to be given more because my body apparently is resistant. None the less, the day of the procedure, I was wide awake. I remember every little bit of it! I am having nightmares about it too! I only received novocaine, very small amount of laughing gas and a small amount of sedation. I was still fully alert and aware! Felt everything! A complete nightmare! On the receipt for the bill, it states "deep sedation". I complained to the receptionist and she claims that's just how it shows up under than billing code. I'm contacting my insurance companies, requesting a copy of my records from the dentist office and filing a formal complaint with the board of dentistry. What Dr mazza did was pure torture in my eyes. He also told me only to take Tylenol. Which I had to call the next day and Dr Milano was willing to prescribe me Tramadol because the pain was too much! Dr Mazza himself is amazing. He is caring and kind and also very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. However his staff is horrendous. They are rude and disrespectful to patients. They cut me off mid sentence and I was being extremely nice and professional with them. They were asking me for a copay when my insurance doesn’t have one. My insurance company specifically told me to pay nothing upfront until I receive explanation of benefits and compare the two to ensure I’m paying correct amount. I was told by Danielle that they ask for it upfront so we don’t “stiff” them. I was completely appalled and have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. I was also told stitches need to be removed so he MUST come in but hospital said they dissolve. When I brought this to their attention she said yes they do but still he needs to come. That was the second lie I was told. Stitches do dissolve. I agree he should come in order to make sure he is healing properly but I will be bringing my son somewhere else for post follow up where our business is valued and we as patients are treated with respect and kindness. Extremely gentle, professional, skilled, honest (also took my daughter in for an extraction per dentist recommendation and he assured me it would fall out on its own, which it did.) Refused to work with me on getting my infected tooth out before having Major open heart surgery ! I have dental insurance but they insist on $90 insurance didnt pay in January and want the money up front totalling about $300 before they do anything. I gone here before and been a good patient. Paid my bills with and without insurance. I understand business asked for a payment plan. Caring staff. Dr. Mazza did great work. Recovery time was much faster than my previous experience.

Had two procedures for wisdom teeth done and they are very gentle and quick! Barely any pain afterwards which is a plus!

Both Doctors here are great. They are very gentle and understanding. The only problem I see is there avaibility, but that is only a problem because of there professionalism.. Dr Mazza was my Dr. the two times I had to go.

Dr Mazza was wonderful! My son had to have a tooth pulled. He treated us both with respect and kindness. My 10 yr old said he was funny and nice, and he really liked him. Warms my heart that Dr Mazza took the time to be personable and kind while performing what is a scary procedure for a 10 year old. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best oral surgeon I've ever been to. Even better then any dentist too! Dr. Mazza is very gentle and caring about his patients. The staff is amazing and extremely caring as well! I'm always terrified of dentists, but this place REALLY puts your mind at ease! Definitely recommend without a doubt! ????

Dr. Milano was very attentive and kind. I came in with a referral to get my single wisdom tooth removed and he explained to me the procedure and what all my options were. I ended up taking the anesthesia to knock me out because i did not want to freak myself out . I came out just fine and with minimal pain after ( the drugs were only half needed) . Dr. Mazza knew I had a huge fear of dentists and surgery and after showing me what needed to be done to relieve the pains I was having with a couple teeth he made sure to tell me every step of what he was going to do and what I would feel. During the procedure he would stop and ask me how I was doing and made sure I was not feeling any pain during it. It went quicker than I had thought and was able to breath again. I have regained my trust in a Doctor again because of his professional skills, mannerisms and honesty ! Again Thank You Dr. Mazza ! Dr. Mazza is outstanding. Dr. Mazza sees the younger folks, Dr. Milano, the older. We got an appt. immediately and no cat scan necessary after we had been to see a different oral surgeon who insisted he needed to take a cat scan costing $200.00! Our experience was that this entire office staff is outstanding and worth traveling for!
