He diagnosed me without proper testing, based on the opinion of a therapist I had known for only a few weeks. He overmedicated me to the point of psychosis with medications that didn't even slightly relieve my symptoms. When I was hospitalized for it, the hospital wanted to do their own psychiatric testing and he refused them permission. I absolutely DO NOT recommend.
