I love taking my small offspring here! They both had delightful hygienists today and I’m so thankful that I’m almost never given pushback about saying no fluoride. They have a calcium-based option called M.I. paste and my kids love it; their swallowing it reinforces my no fluoride request ???? . One of my favorite hygienists moved to SC, but we also love the woman who gives the “Mr. Thirsty” presentation and the rides in the chair to help give the kids a delightful opinion of going to the dentist.

Clean friendly and WELCOMING!!! There is a tv with Netflix, a changing table in the bathroom for babies and kids size table for coloring. Very family friendly (my kid dr office isn’t this kids friendly)

Always had a good experience. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. Dr. Sari is great with the kids, is very knowledgeable and creative. My kids always want to go back. ????

They should have never gotten rid of Dr.Zach. The new dentist is not good with kids. Also the receptionist is awful and they always try to double charge you and hope you don’t notice.

Well first issue to start with is they try and charge you for nothing. Two times they have tried to charge me for a balance that was already paid. I feel like they do that on purpose and are scamming their customers. If you go here, keep track of what they are charging you for! Second issue is they have a horrible receptionist. She never believes me when I call and say my son has a cavity. That has happened twice. Why would I want my son to have a cavity or lie about it??? I basically have to beg for an appointment at times. Third, they use to have a great dentist there that my son loved. My son is autistic and this dentist dealt with him in such a magical way. My kid would cooperate and let all the dental work be done with no issues. When they let the dentist go they made it seem like it was due to his incompetence so I stayed to try out whoever they hired next. Well I should have never stayed. The new dentist there has no idea how to deal with my child. Didn’t realize why my kid wasn’t cooperating and basically gave up and recommended a dentist who would sedate him for the dental work. My kid has had dental work before with zero sedation! My kid does not need to be sedated for a filling. She is clueless. Never ever will I go back to this dental office. It’s horrible!!!!

We have brought our three kids to this dentist for about 12 years; over that time the quality of service has continued to go down. They rotated several dentists in an out and over the past 12 months, they continually bill us for work that was covered under insurance and when we question it, they say "oops, someone must have made a mistake" but only after 15 minutes of explaining their error. LOVE this office! Dr. Divita is fantastic and the addition of Dr. Zack is great! Dr. Zack got my very young daughter through a filling after a truly terrible experience with another pediatric dentist. This office has kind compassionate doctors which matters especially when dealing with kids.
