Dr. Nguyen was court ordered to provide services for my son based on allegations I brought forth. Dr. Nguyen was quick to believe the narrative that the mother gave and approached our case with bias. I don’t think she ever gave my side of the story any consideration; in her eyes I was a disgruntled father living out of state who was doing whatever he could to get at the mother. It felt like my case was easy money for her, and when I questioned some of her tactics it wasn’t worth it and she dismissed us early. I would not trust Dr. Nguyen to be an objective person, or even an honest ethical person. I now have full custody of my son and he is in therapy addressing his trauma. He has improved from moderate to mild symptoms of PTSD and self harming thoughts. My son is a joyful happy-go-lucky boy and one of the first things a different therapist said to me is that everybody shows their symptoms differently. Dr. Nguyen reported to court that my son was thriving in his abusive environment
