Dr. Cash is an exceptional physician. After a lot research I decided to utilize Dr. Cash for my surgery. Her staff of beautiful ladies are just as kind and lovely as Dr. Cash. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with my results. Please know that when you choose Dr. Cash your surgery will be at her office which is convenient. I also like the fact that I have a year of follow ups at no additional charge.

It was always my plan to have a tummy tuck and Liposuction but I waited until I was finished with having children. After having twins, I never got rid of the “kangaroo pouch” and I just wasn’t happy with the way I looked. I finally decided to do a mommy makeover!! I researched several doctors and choose Dr. Cash. Her being a double board certified doctor was a plus. I followed her social media for two years prior to my surgery. Her work is simply amazing. Of course, me being a black woman, I felt comfortable with a doctor of the same ethnicity because she would understand me and my body or skin issues. My results were amazing and I would do it all over!! In fact, I have gone back to receive additional services! I also want to commend her entire staff; they are simply amazing!! Huge shout out to Alana who took care of me and of course Karen who made me feel at home since day 1!

I called Dr. Cash’s office to request information regarding procedures. Tiffany took the time to answer my questions, and made me comfortable enough to schedule an appointment. She was not pushy nor did she rush me. She was thorough, but very kind and gentle. The office staff is a direct reflection of the physician. If Dr. Cash’s office staff is delivering with this level of excellence, I can only imagine what my experience will be like with her. I am looking forward to this journey.

Yesterday was the two year anniversary of my surgery with Dr. Cash. I’m pleased with the tummy tuck and breast lift, however, my things are ruined due to bad liposuction. As a result, I have divots in my outer thighs and something called banana folds on my inner thighs. These are noticeable through my workout clothes. I can’t wear a bathing suit and am embarrassed for my husband to see me. Dr. Cash kept telling me to wait a year for full results. When it never improved, she suggested a fat transplant for $3,000. I don’t recall the exact amount of the original surgeries, but I believe it was around $24,000. That’s a lot of money! I decided proceeding with Dr. Cash would be throwing good money after bad. I consulted three high-profile surgeons for help. They said the liposuction was a mistake. It will take a thigh lift to fix the problem. In essence, I will have to have an additional surgery to fix the has liposuction. ThIs means an additional $8,000! I’m so disappointed, sad, and embarrassed. When searching for a plastic surgeon, multiple people referred me to Dr. Cash. I had my augmentation surgery yesterday and everything has been great thus far. My only regret is not doing this sooner! Now less than 4 years later, I had surgery to remove the implants and revise the so-called breast lift she performed. I obviously didn’t make the same mistake going to her again. I Always have a positive experience here. Dr. Cash preformed an extensive breast augmentation revision on me and I was back on my feet and off pain meds entirely before the week was over, which was more than half the time of my previous two surgeries. She spent extensive time and effort on my case and explaining the procedure, expected results and possible outcomes. I’ve seen many plastic surgeons through the last 10 years for my breasts and she by far is the easiest to talk to actually answers all the questions I could come up with to build trust and confidence with her paitent , instead of just expecting a paitent to trust them off the bat. Not to mention the obvious, that she is very skilled in her craft. Her office is extremely organized, clean and well equipped. I’ve never waited to be seen and everyone has been so great to me from start to finish. Especially Karen and Rachel. I plan to continue a relationship here for the years to come.

Wasted time and a large amount of money. I went in to have old scarring minimized. The office recommended several sessions of skin pen. It did not work. 0% results. Asked for at least half of refund. The office denied refund but recommended skin pen with injectables. Well of course i accepted because my goal was to have scarring minimized not money. Did not work. Researched both treatments. The treatments recommended to me are for acne scarring. Basically they didn't know what they were recommending nor have they treated "old" scarring before. They should have said they never treated it before and referred me else where but instead they took my money. This is malpractice. I guess they needed the money that bad. Its too late to sue for my refund. Avoid going to this place. Oh and the product "skin ceuticals" is a waste of money as well. It does not clean your face good. Very caring physician. Took the time to talk to me first and ask about goals before the examination (which eased my mind considerably!). She was also willing to talk “shop” with me as a nurse which I greatly appreciated.

I do not typically write reviews, however; I am compelled to share my extreme pleasure following my Abdominoplasty and (lower) Blepharoplasty procedures performed by Dr. Cash. I had friends/family in the medical field question whether or not I should have the same doctor perform both procedures; as typically a surgeon may specialize in a particular area/region of the body. However, I could not be more pleased with my results!! Dr. Cash is indeed skilled and talented in sculpting the body. Along with the abdominoplasty, she basically had to “create” a new belly button for me that is beautiful! During an exam, I recently showed my Ob-Gyn (who delivered my 2 babies), and she was impressed with the results herself, and amazed at how natural my belly button looked, further explaining that many surgically created/repaired belly buttons she has seen, do not appear authentic. On June 4, 2019, Dr. Cash performed a breast reduction for me that was a success. Dr. Cash and her team walked me through the process and because of her professional track records as a surgeon I knew I was in good hands. I am currently in recovery and everything is going well. 10 years ago I was interviewing certified plastic surgeons to perform my breast reshaping/augmentation. When I met with Dr. Camille Cash I knew instantly I could trust her with my life because that is what surgery essentially is possibly life or death. She listened to my concerns I never fell rushed nor did I feel like I was trying to be sold a service. After my first procedure which was a success I knew that if I ever wanted any other procedures done Dr. Cash was going to be my doctor for life. Doctor never followed up or even came back to check after surgery. Surgery was 17000 and made minimal difference plus left some pretty ugly irregular bulges. Months later still not what I had hoped for and certainly not worth the fee. Not terrible but Dissapointing.

I feel like I took 10 years off my appearance. I had a bad experience with fillers a few years back, so I was nervous, but Marty was great! She's very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, and to explain my options. I chose Dysport , Restylane Lyft for filler (temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds), and Restylane Silk for the fine lines around my mouth. She use numbing cream, so there was minimal discomfort. There was some slight bruising around my mouth but I was able to cover it up with make-up. Happy to say there were no side effects, and I'm looking forward to seeing how long it lasts! I am an 83 year old woman and Dr Cash did my reduction mammoplasty.. I have been wanting to have this done for years but life and circumstances seemed to conspired against me. My Primary Care Physician was totally against the procedure because of my age, but was unable to refuse because I was essentially healthy. Dr Cash knew just how to navigate these waters and keep me safe while giving me the results I have always desired.
