A real relaxing atmosphere! Nice people.

Dr trivet is always very kind and empathetic, he explains everything thoroughly and goes above and beyond to ensure patients comfort.

My visit was outstanding. Dr. Trubey is very personable and friendly and answers all questions, giving me all the options. I could not ask for a better doctor to meet my orthopedic needs.

Dr.Trubey is wonderful, takes the time to answer all questions, is sympathetic and has a wonderful personality.

Great doctor, who cares about his patients. Each patient is treated with respect, concern and a doctor who listens to his patients - treating the individual patient. No one plan for all at this office, but a plan for each patient that fits each individual.

Dr. Trubey‘s professional and welcoming manner makes it very easy to be a patient here I would highly recommend him. I have had nothing but good results.

Excellent. Dr. Trubey patiently explains Information pertinent to my medical situation. He listens carefully to my concerns. I do not feel hurried even though I’m sure Dr. Trubey is very busy.

Dr. Trubey listens carefully to his patients and offers conservative methods of treatment as a first step. I'm always appreciative of his approach to pain management.

Dr. Trubey listened to my shoulder issues and addresses course of action and followup plan vice just being treated as another number and hurrying to get you out. I would highly recommend him to everyone with pain issues.

Dr Trubey has a great personality, does a wonderful job of explaining medical issues, and shows that he cares about my well-being. Most important, he shows patience during appointments and really listens to my concerns.

An amazing service provider who doesn't make you feel like just a number. I love the fact that I can leave with all my questions answered. They are who I recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Trubey is excellent. He listens well, offers cogent options for treatment, and considers all of my input. The results of my working with him to resolve knee issues has been nothing short of amazing.

All I can say is excellent!

I enjoy Doctor Trubey as he is over of the rare doctors that will actually take the time to listen to concerns and answer questions. His office is a very efficient also.

Very knowledgeable, took time to explain my injury & the healing process in detail. Great office staff; I would recommend this Dr. to anyone!

The doctor did a full knee exam, went over the imaging with me in detail and I felt very involved in the decision making. I felt no pain at all during the injection process.

My experience was absolutely top notch care. I have had terrible care with the Maine healthcare for years and now travel to MN at the Mayo Clinic for most health care needs. I was hesitant about going to DownEast but was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in . The reception desk ladies were excellent! The care I received from Dr. Trubey was the best of the best. Extremely thorough assessment, he took his time and I didn’t feel rushed out the door. He took his time and made me feel like I was the only patient that day. Bedside manner is everything and feeling like you have been heard is so important. I will absolutely continue my care with him and his place! I wonder if he received his training through Mayo because this is exactly the care you receive there. Dr Trubey, keep doing what you do! I saw Dr. Trubey for my knees and found him to be compassionate and reassuring. I am a very anxious person and he made me at ease. His support staff is wonderful. I feel very confident that going to this doctor and receiving the treatment I had were the right thing to do. I would definitely suggest them to friends and family.

I enjoy every minute of my visits to Dr Trubey. I have complete good faith in his knowledge and care. I feel fortunate to have him in my life. He makes me feel better — every time. It's easy, awesome!

Great experience today, minimum wait and recommended treatment done on site. Other concerns discussed and treatment suggestions offered. Highly recommend and will return for follow up in 2022.

My husband and I have seen several Dr’s at Downeast Orthopedics and every one of the Dr’s along with the MA’s, PA’s and everyone at the office are all very professional which make visits enjoyable.

Dr Trubey is one of the most considerate and compassionate physicians I know. He has gone out of his way to treat my issues and fight for my benefits with my insurance company. Is support is awesome and always return my calls!

My appointment was prompt and efficiently handled by the front desk. All personnel I interacted were friendly and explained clearly every process (x-rays, examination and treatment) with time for questions. Dr. Trubey wasvery professional and took care to explain what injury and problem I had going on in my shoulder, via the x-rays and manipulation of the affected joint. The steroid injection was painlessly delivered. My pain has diminished although there is still some remaining. I hope this will be addressed at the follow-up visit in several weeks. Dr Trubey was very focused on my reason to seek out medical assessments of my complaints. I was very impressed with his examination and advice hoping forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone for an assessment of his specific focus on ortho issues. One of the very best Dr diagnosis of my many appointments for ortho issues.

I've seen Dr. Trubey for 3 separate conditions and previously was quite satisfied - until my most recent experience, which turned out to be both frustrating and disappointing. While Dr. Trubey is a personable and empathetic physician, his office staff does not respond to voicemails or portal messages, so it's nearly impossible to get answers about follow-up exams and recommendations. I ended up having to ask my PCP for a referral to physical therapy and provide her with a copy of my Downeast Ortho office visit summary, since she never received one from them. In all honesty, seeing Dr. Trubey did NOTHING to aid my progress in rehabbing this injury. In fact I wasted 6 weeks waiting around for any sort of useful information or constructive help from this office. Very exasperating...

Dr. Trubey seems to be very nice. This was my first visit with him but he was very respectful and patient and listened to what I said. X-ray results were better than what I had expected which made me very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who may need his services.

Dr. Trubey was very friendly and thorough. He reviewed my x-rays and MRI with me and gave me research-based options for treatment.
