I just completed my first visit with Dr. Pokhrel for hand surgery. Great staff! Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Dr. Pokhrel is everything you would want in a physician. She's an excellent surgeon, patient, compassionate, and competent.

On time. Courteous, professional staff. Dr Prohktel listened and put to rest my concerns. She explained things thoroughly, offered options and the outcome was as expected.

Excellent work!! Dr Pokhrel has a lot of patience and she is very understanding. She takes her time to explain every details to her patient. Will recommend 100% to everyone!!

Kind and helpful staff, excellent doctor. Repaired a mangled finger so well, the damage is no longer noticeable.

I have always been able to get a timely appointment when needed and the care has been exceptional. I'd recommend Dr Pohkrel to anyone who is suffering from hand problems. My arthritis and trigger finger problems have been alleviated so much. The procedures have improved my quality of life.

Everyone in this office is friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint was waiting an hour in the lobby, but I was acknowledged and given bottled water and updates about the wait. Dr. Pokhrel has been absolutely great in performing emergency surgery for a broken wrist, answering questions, after care and always friendly.

Very pleased with everyone dealt with. Any questions answered directly. Friendly. Polite , gentle. Secure with everyone there.

Excellent service. Dr Pokhrol's experience and communication instilled a lot of confidence. I will be back to have her do my other hand when ready.

Dr Pokhrel is very kind and does a great job explaining things. I had my left hand done by her and excited for the right to be done. When I am treated by a Dr , the entire staff from Dr, office team, and medical procedure team are important to me to be treated by. Everyone in her office office and at ST joes were awesome. I was well informened and shown care since my phone calls to office until post op. I never waited very long for Dr. Pokhrel for past appointments , even when covid regulations were stricter . The new office staff is much friendly and faster than before and have shown genuine concern for taking care of patients . I am very happy to be helped by Judy while she arranged my surgery and delt with my insurnace issues, she always called me with updates right away. Thanks again everyone in office ! I have had my stitches in my hand a week longer than needed due to the Office staff not having their stuff together. I get a appt to wait a hour only to reschedule again due to not having enough time to wait. Very poor customer service.

She is very thorough and try's everything before surgery

One of the best hand surgeon in Tucson, Az. I hand three different hand surgery's from her and I have little to no scaring on my hand.And she will listen and address you needs for your hand.

Dr. Pokhrel is an excellent and compassionate surgeon. I recommend her highly.

Upon my daughter's recommendation, I brought an xray report and consulted Dr. Pokhrel because of a chronic, severe pain in my wrist and hand. She did a thorough evaluation and ultimately gave me two injections plus a brace. I've had three months of relief. Great people skills.

Worst experience with any doctor and doctor's office! I called to make an appointment and was informed that my records from my out of state surgeon must be mailed to the office. I later confirmed that my records were received but was told Dr. Pokhrel "took them with her". I asked that the office call me with an appointment. Nothing happened. I subsequently left 3 messages requesting an appointment. No response from this doctor or her office.
