I was referred by my PCP. I was skeptical about going because I had another oncologist in mind. I’m SO glad that I went with Dr. Tin-u. He was excellent- in the way that he explained results, in how he greeted me, in how he understood my anxiety at every appointment. He’s a great doctor.
Dr. Tin-U will listen to you. He is also extremely smart, which is something that you want in an Oncologist, and so incredibly knowledgeable about whatever cancer you have.

My visits to this office are always a great experience. The staff are very good and Dr. Tin-U is a very awesome DR. He always makes sure that I understand all the says and keeps me up to date on my medicines.
I can talk with Dr. Tin-U like a friend - and that means alot to me. I trust his opinions and recommendations.
I have gone to Dr. Tin-U for over 20 years. He is always caring and very knowledgeable. He teaches and keeps me up to date on my health and more. I would highly recommend him.
My aunt was in the hospital after having a stroke, which lead to us finding out she has stage 4 stomach cancer. Which means we had a GI doctor already and now an oncologist will come and review her case. He came in this morning to check on her for the first time. We didnât hear him say he was the oncologist so we just asked to make sure to which he replied âdidnât I already say Iâm the oncologist, Iâm the oncologistâ. Rude, but okay we can move on from that. What really put the cherry on top was when we mentioned that since we found out she has cancer now and not just a stroke we were wanting to transfer her to MD Anderson(which literally specializes in cancer so we would think it would be better for her). No harm in bring this type of stuff up to doctors typically. He however, took this as a personal attack and proclaimed that he would â...not even look at her or touch her. Two oncologist canât work on one patientâ. It was so unprofessional and inconsiderate especially coming from a medical professional. He also was supposed to come back later in the day to speak to us and never returned.
