Waiting time has improved

I strongly discourage you from going to this practice. They messed up on a coding on one of my bills, costing me an outrageous amount of money. They refused to fix it. I was passed around from one employee to another. One employee accused me of asking her to "commit fraud". I had my insurance company call in a three way call and explain what was necessary to fix the problem, only for the young office person to say sorry, that they were not going to change the bill. I asked to speak with the Doctor and was told the doctor does not talk money, he only talks medicine. How can that be when he owns the practice. I was told to write a letter and did; no response resulted. Overall, the worst medical experience ever. The problem is this Doctor has bought the other eye doctors practices and has a little monopoly.

Dr. Evans was rude and disrespectful to my mother when she was diagnosed with Wet Macular Degeneration.

Before my cataract surgery two days ago, I was literally almost legally blind but now I can SEE thanks to the genius of Dr.Evans! It is without any reservation whatsoever that I recommend Dr. Evans for cataract surgery. I rarely write reviews but I must write one here so others may be helped by this amazingly gifted surgeon. Since a toddler I had severe nearsightedness requiring the wearing of half-inch thick glasses to see. As a teenager, I switched to wearing gas permeable contact lenses but
