Totally great ... loved that he spent a lot time on first meeting seeking learn my issues. A smart nice guy who works with you. Before I had a doctor who just wanted to follow a algorithm and did not want to hear what i know about my condition. I have some inherited Lanier hypertension and medicine does not know what it is. Anyway dr Welch gets a best rating with me
