Bryce T. Gillespie

Had a 10:45AM appointment on Mar. 15. Was finally taken to the exam room at !2:10PM. Dr. Gillespie came into the room at 12:15PM and was out by 12:23PM. Wait time in a very crowded room with multiple crying babies was unacceptable. Time with Dr. Gillespie was very rushed and shallow. Had to ask a question as he was closing the door to get to his next appointment. Explanation of the long wait was because he was out of the office the week before. Surely schedulers could have anticipated this back-up and done a better job of rescheduling. At the very least, patients scheduled for after 10AM should have been called to tell of delay and suggest they arrive later. Daba Thayer is one of the BEST support person in the office. Kudos to her.

Waited 3 weeks to get a nerve test appointment. Drove an hour and a half to get to the Alpharetta location by 8:00am. Then I was told there was a scheduling error, and had to reschedule to another 3 weeks from today!?? Not very happy.

Amazing Doctor Very polite

Amazing doctor!! Looking forward to Dr. Gillespie to do my hand surgery in September 2020

Staff is so friendly; courteous and professional; Dr. Gillespie takes the time to inform and explain all pertinent information; if visiting a surgical office could be called a pleasure, this would be the place!

I have had nothing less than a positive experience with him and his staff. I received professional service each and every time from Dr Gillespie & his nursing staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great Dr great service.

I went to see another doctor for my hand and without mentioning names he was terrible with a horrible bedside manner and total lack of details. Dr. Gillespie was extremely thorough checking out both arms, joints and my hands. I had multiple x-rays, that I did not have at the other surgeon’s office and Dr. Gillespie explainEd every detail about my hand and wrists and where problems were and how they should be treated. Very few people like going to the doctor. So when your experience is pleasant, it makes it that much more bearable. The wait staff was welcoming and attentive. I didn't wait long between visits with the nurse, xray tech and the doctor. Dr. Gillespie spent quality time really examining and understanding what was going on with me. He provided options but more importantly explained what those options meant. I felt heard and informed. I had all the information to make the best decision for me. Great experience! Dr. Gillespie was wonderful, the front desk was not

I had good and fast attention when I went to see Dr. Gillespie but he scheduled me for a CT Scan 9 days later and didn’t call my insurance to get it approved till 8 days after my visit to him. Now I can’t get my CT Scan done till next week and I’m in a lot of pain. Then when I call it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone so I would not recommend going to this hand surgeon. Excellent provider - great personality and excellent office staff. Everyone was so personable and kind. Wait time was much shorter than expected!

Very professional, Very comprehensive. I really don't think my surgery and follow up could have come out better. My expectations are usually very high, and it would be fair to say that they even exceeded my expectations.

Love this practice and my doctor - Dr Gillespie! He listens and try’s other alternatives first before surgery. Hate shots in the hands but he knows right where to get the best relief, I completely trust him!

Dr Gillespie has treated my husband twice ! He has always been right in diagnosing and treatment! He always explain things in a way that is very clear and concise!

Dr. Gillespie was very thorough and professional in his exam, review of my X-rays and with his explanation of the details of all of the treatment options. He also did a great job with an injection that was necessary to relieve pain.

Dr. Bryce Gillespie is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He put together my completely shattered wrist and it healed like it was never broken. He is highly educated with many, many years of education including Harvard Medical School and is very caring for his patients, attentive to detail, takes time to explain options, answers all questions and knows all kinds of additional treatments from ultrasound bone simulator to reduction of scarring, the scars after his surgery are almost invisible. He is highly educated with many, many years of education including Harvard Medical School and very caring for his patients, attentive to detail, takes time to explain options, answers all questions and knows all kinds of additional treatments from ultrasound bone simulator to reduction of scarring, his scars are almost invisible. He is the one to trust!

My experience was great with Dr. Gillespie. My son was comfortable with him. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the wait time.

Dr. Gillespie and staff took great care of my daughter's broken hand. They are simply the best. she is at 100% and back to her activities. Dr. explained everything clearly, and he has a calming beside manner.

Dr. G and staff are awesome. I recommend this practice to anyone. They took very good care of my son the several times he had to go to them. The office is always clean and there's not along wait time at all to be seen by the staff.

Very kind and concerned and highly competent.

Dr. Gillespie is an excellent doctor/surgeon. But his office medical assts & front office staff were the reason for only 3 stars. One of his assts dropped the ball on getting 3D/CT scan appt set up for me. When I called to express my concern to the office, I rec'd a very bad attitude from the other med. asst. My next appt they retaliated against me by making me wait for over 45 mins & all of the staff were very cold to me. It was very immature. I had several other situations that were uncaring.
