Absolutely the BEST pediatric GI. We saw Dr V 17 years ago with my son, when he was in TCH downtown and was losing weight at 9 months old. Dr V helped us gain weight and no longer worry about severe illness. So when my youngest (now 2 years old) was not gaining weight and screaming for all his feedings and crying all the time in pain, we got on the waitlist to see Dr V. He ABSOLUTELY listens very well to his patients and parents. He asks lots of questions and tries new things. If it weren’t for him, my baby would have continued screaming and fighting all his bottles. My daughter also started seeing him at 16 years old, and she has been so much better for over a year now. This doctor absolutley does not listen to your concerns as a parent. He will run test after test and never tell you the results. He down grades every symptom and acts like it's no big deal. My son lost 15 lbs in 7 months, has severe abdominal pain and bloating, has chronic diarrhea with IBS, GERD and gastroparesis and he was not concerned about any of it. My son has a very complicated medical history and this doctor was just going to discharge my son as if he was not important until I myself decided to see another GI doctor. I will absolutely not refer this Doctor to anyone I know, he is not about helping his patients.... This doctor absolutley does not listen to your concerns as a parent. So knowledgable and punctual. Great sense of humor!

Really my wife and I had an exceptional experience. We've seen a number of pediatricians and specialists but no one took the time to explain their thought process like Bryan. He used a white board and walked us through potential problem areas and explanations. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor to communicate with you rather than talk AT you.

My first experience was fair. I was on time for the appointment but had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen. The front office was not inviting and rude. Once we saw the doctor my son did not get a diagnosis. The result was a try this and come back in 30 days. I was late to the follow up so my son was not seen. I have to drive 45 mins to the dr office and check my son out of school early. When I ask if we could reschedule to a later time so I my doesn't have to miss school they said no the latest appointment time is 3:15. For a pediatric office the appointment scheduling is inconsiderate to a child's education. Again front office was rude and inconsistent. I questioned why they had a patient on the schedule for 3:45 but I could not schedule my son's appointment for 3:45. She couldn't explain only saying that it was for today only. Also they do not have a sign stating , if you are so many minutes late that the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Most offices state between 15-30 mins late. It's okay for the patient to wait 15-30 minutes to be seen but not okay to be late. I guess their time is more valuable then your own!

He is outstanding. Very funny, engaging, obviously loves kids and knows his specialty. I highly recommend him. You are in great hands with him and his office is also very professional and great to deal with.
