Only spoke to the oral surgeon 1 time, and he did not speak with patient after procedure AT ALL!! Paid all this money to only talk to the oral surgeon ONE TIME at the pre op appointment.

What would you think of a medical practice that has a preop visit where a parent signed consent for surgery and then you never speak to him again? Day of surgery your 17 year old is taken back to have surgery and then you don't see them again until they wheel her out to the car. No explanation of how procedure went. No face to face instructions on what was done or what to expect. Then you go to the post op visit and only get to see the nurses..... How is this acceptable? Not to mention your CHILD had a bad reaction to anesthesia and NO ONE tells you..... HOW is THAT acceptable??? Other staff was amazing. Surgeon was terrible

The staff are absolutely wonderful. At no point did I ever feel like I was waiting forever or being rushed. I got to ask as many questions as I needed and they were able to answer those questions. Doctor Luna is also extremely talented. I had almost zero swelling and pain after all four wisdom teeth were removed.

I was very please with my treatment and my procedure at Dr Luna. His front office staff was very friendly and professional. His medical staff was very professional and explained in detail about what they were getting ready to do. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Luna is very kind and professional. He explained again what needed to be done. Very good experience. Thank you Dr Luna and staff

This is the worst oral surgeon ever! Having issues with healing and the staff never knows anything when I call. Also they can not communicate or send records from both facilities. I was told they are not in the office enough to get this fixed. I will never come here again.

Paid in full as They make you Do prior to your procedure. I recieved a bill a week after the procedure of more than I was told up front. When I tried to have em fix it they denied fixing the bill. I filed With the BBB and because I did this they submitted my bill to a collection agency after only 30 days of the appointment Being completed. (Only recieved 1 bill) I will be glad to call and pay the additional 145 dollars to these criminals when they open up for business tomorrow because obviously it doesn't matter how wrong they do you because they have the ability to try and ruin your 780 credit score. Great doctor and staff! Surgery was very quick and painless!

Excellent service and the staff is top notch. I opted to get my wisdom teeth removed later in life as they never caused me any problems, but went through with it as there was decay on one of them and to prevent future complications. That procedure was done with the utmost professionalism from everyone involved. Much appreciated. As far as billing and whatnot... there was no issues at all. I'm also in the last stretch of finalizing a tooth implant due to my own negligence in oral care, but so far ... again the process was seamless. 5/5 ezpz.
