I went to see this doctor pertaining to a swollen lip issue and I was producing too much saliva. It took quite a while to see this doctor as I was a new patient. When I did encounter this doctor he came across as not caring, a little arrogant, and not too concerned about my issue. Body language and facial expressions tell me something. He made me feel like I was inconvenience him but you know he's ready to accept payment. When he examined my mouth, ear, and throat I bet it didn't take over 20 seconds and that's no exaggeration. After the shoddy exam he informed me that I had dry throat and he prescribed me medication to increase my saliva. I told him I didn't have dry throat and yes, one of the symptoms is increased thick saliva due to being dehydrated. I didn't even bother with his prescription because I read up on my condition. This so-called doctor wanted to increase my saliva while I was trying to reduce it. I would not recommend this doctor with an attitude. After talking with a few others who have seen him they told me of similar issues they had with him. In my opinion he carries himself in a kind of cocky manner. 0 out 0 would NOT recommend. During appointment, he ignored all my sinus issues and badgered me with questions about my migraines. Note: I was there because the sinus headaches were triggering my migraines. All he did was talk way too fast and referr me to a neurologist. Also, the office charged me over 150 dollars because of my deductible but it could also take up to 60 days for them to file a claim with my insurance. I double checked with my insurance, my copay should have been $10. Oh, and another ENT diagnosed me with a severely deviated septum and a bone spur... so definitely not an issue a neurologist can fix. 0 out 0 would NOT recommend. I made an appointment with dr leatherman because I always have a sinus infection. He stuck a tube up my nose and and then told me that I have ridges in my nose that is causing me not to be able to breathe properly. Instead of getting a game plan together for what I came there for, he puts me on acid reflux medicine and then charges me $300 for the visit. Very kind and helpful staff. The doctor was very caring and took time to listen to my concerns.

My husband recommended Dr. Leatherman and I was not disappointed. He not only treats the symptoms but also educates you on how to make yourself better and hopefully not to have to take meds. Be patient he talks really fast!

NEVER AGAIN. Appointment was scheduled at 3. We arrived at 2:30, early as requested by front office staff to complete the patient paperwork, AKA make sure they get their bottom line. After paying a co-pay close to $170 the longer wait began for my 2 year old to see Dr. Leatherman. We were brought to what ai thought was the exam room an hour later. That's 1.5 hours of waiting with a 2 year old to simply wait in yet another room other than the lobby. I was told at that time that the wait is not normally that long. Somehow I doubt it. After about 30 more minutes we were shuffled to the actual exam room. We waited there for another 30 minutes. Finally, Dr. Leatherman arrived and spent less than 5 minutes examining my son's ear for infection. 5 minutes. Once that was over we were shuffled to yet another room in order for my son to be fitted for ear plugs. That was the room with a storage bin that was converted into a used sharps receptacle. I didn't notice it as I walked in and my son followed behind me. Next thing I know I turn around after setting my belongings on a chair and noticed that he had a handful of used needles in his hands. I checked him for puncture wounds but luckily found none. When I made a comment to the woman who kept shuffling us from room to room she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders as if it were no big deal if my son had stabbed himself and been exposed to HEPATITIS, HIV, OR ANY OTHER BLOOD BORNE PATHOGEN. 3 HOUR WAIT FOR 5 MINUTE EXAM AND HAZARDOUS WASTE EXPOSURE. Terrible physician!

It was great he was to the point with everything

This physician is spot on!! He helped me discover my multiple allergies, not to mention I broke my nose multiple times. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Leatherman is a great doctor, jokes are corny, yet funny. He has GREAT bedside manner.

Absolutely the best very direct and explains in detail plan of treatment and action. Was clear on lifetime challenges of diagnosis and how to treat. Great staff and love his nurse. Great experience.

First off I would like to say the nurse and am were very rude. They fit us in after hours. Yes very nice of them. My son had something in his ear. He looks In his ear for a sec and said nope nothing in there. My son who is 5 is telling him there is nothing in there. So instead he said since nothing is in there here is a nose spray ton help your nose. Really? Well I called my sons doctor they told me to come back to make sure we saw something sure enough me the doctor and two nurse saw something in his ear and we even took a picture of it. Great, nice polite help, good doctor

Friendly staff, clean environment, quick appointment

Had an appointment this afternoon that was a waist of my time and money. He walked in the room before seeing me with his mind made up of what was going on. He had a sheet of paper with my diagnosis handed to me before he even looked at me.

Was satisfied to get relief from the medicine prescribed for my ear ache which was the main reason I scheduled an office visit. Which with insurance is $30. While there don't ask any questions about breathing or you will get a procedure done with out explanation of cost and recieve a $400 unexpected bill in the mail. That you will be forced to pay unless you want your credit to take a hit. This place is a joke and I'll never go back, there are other choices and if I were you I would take that course. I had back surgery and couldnt pay more than 20 dollars per month which I did and was up front. I paid my first payment in cash which never gotten deducted or listed that I paid, only the checks and debit card charges were shown deducted. They gave me the option to pay off at 60 sonic asked for a couple days to come up with it and when I did they said 175 is payoff not 60. So I just paid 20 like I originally said. I trued to pay a couple times on Friday after I got paid and they closed early. Anyway I was paying and they just sent me to collections. This place does not work with you fyi. Dont pay in cash for they will still it, I cant wait to go to court cause I kept records, and they never sent me a receipt for my last payment which i have proof of, keep some kind of proof if your in the same situation is all I can say and get all receipts cause they will Not work with you! Found my husband's cancer early. Staff great too!

My son has had 1 appt with him and scheduled for surgery tomorrow. So far at the appt i really liked how thorough he was and how fast we were attended to.

Excellent, knowledgable doctor, who makes himself available even after hours. My daughter had just visited an urgent care clinic for an ear infection, where the nurse practitioner overreacted and told us she may have hearing loss and a ruptured eardrum. The NP prescribed antibiotics and ear drops, and recommended getting to an ENT ASAP. After getting in last minute to see Dr. Leatherman, he confirmed my daughter does not have a ruptured ear drum and is simply suffering from swimmer's ear and an ear infection. He said do not give antibiotics, only the ear drops he prescribed. So thankful for Dr. Leatherman!!!!

Dr. Bryan Leatherman is the most caring, the most knowledgable and professional doctor I have ever met in my entire life. Due to auto accident involved, with Dr. Leatherman’s permission, Karen tried her best to ”add” me to his already fully booked schedules so that I can be seen by Dr. Leatherman asap and before is too late. With his golden hands and golden heart of course, I was taken care of very well (much more than expected) by Dr. Leatherman and his staff (Karen). They have made my day! From bottom of my heart thank you so much for your caring.

If you are referred here by the ER and you have Medicaid. Don’t waste your time. Dr. Leatherman doesn’t care about you. He cares about the pay check. All he will do is refer you to a hospital 3 hours away. Then give you a 20 second evaluation. Before he even walks into the room there will be a piece of paper with a phone number already written on it. You are not considered a person if your money isn’t right. Worst experience I have ever had. I was left in tears. No compassion whatsoever!

Dr. Leatherman and his staff were very helpful. They were kind and compassionate. I was told by another doctor I needed sinus surgery. He took time to listen to my problems, reviewed my x-rays and was able to come up with a solution that did not require surgery! I would definitely recommend him to other people.

Everything about my visit with Dr Leatherman was positive! He is very personable and his staff is friendly as well. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent doctor- really interested in my grandson and getting him well. Doesn't automatically choose surgery as first option.

Awful! Better hope you don't have cancer- he won't know it and you may not live by the time you find a good doc to tell you what's wrong.
