Having worked with Dr. Beutel, I can hands down say that he goes the extra mile to make sure you are good as new. Very meticulous and precise with everything he does. Patients will always come first.

Dr Beutel is an outstanding doctor who has first rate surgical skills and patient compassion. His bedside manner and knowledge of treatment plans is a comfort to any patient seeking world class care. Highly recommended physician.

I usually do not leave reviews for Doctors but my experience with Dr. Beutel was top notch and I could not be happier with my care. I was very concerned about a recent issue with my hand and was unsure where to turn. Dr Beutel showed great empathy and compassion towards my concerns and took the time to explain everything to me. Had a consultation visit scheduled with Dr. Beutel but already had a finger brace on that was a result of tearing a tendon the week before. I had previously visited another "prompt care" provider about a week earlier. Obviously, this came up in our discussion so Dr. Beutel gave me a more comfortable finger brace. This ended up being coded as a "surgery" which insurance did not cover. After hours of conversation with the billing department at Christ Hospital, my insurance provider, and Dr. Beutel himself, this inaccurate billing code was never removed. Everyone I talked to wanted to point the finger at someone else. A complete fraud. The Doctor should have known how the code was going to be categorized before submitting services rendered to the billing department, or at least have been willing to re-submit a new code to allow the inaccurate charge to be removed after I brought this to his attention. Dr. Beutel is a great doctor. If you are looking for a doctor with great knowledge and bedside manner- this is him. I went to Dr. Beutel for an issue and he gave me recommendations and a plan of what to do. He shows compassion for his patients and makes you feel at ease in the care of him.

Dr. Beutel did my carpal tunnel surgery after I lost total feeling in 3 fingers. He was very informative about the surgery itself and the recovery. I was very nervous considering my two previous surgeries (hysterectomy and foot surgery) landed me back in the hospital with rare complications. But Dr. Beutel was patient and explained to me clearly what they were doing and why. My whole experience from the very first appointment, to my post-op check in, was great! Fell down the stairs in December 2019, reached down to plant with my left hand and landed very hard and very unevenly. The pain was excruciating after the endorphin rush ended. Dr. Beutel has been amazing to work with, I never feel rushed, he listens to everything I have to say, presents all possible treatment options and involves me in the care plan. Not much else I could ask for, he's awesome.
