My kidney issues are minimal on the grand scale, but Dr. Wall is knowledgeable and pleasant. He explains things well. Waited just a few minutes.

Great experience from beginning to end. Staff is great.

Dr Wall is a great doctor. My visit was a checkup for my kidney disease. I was at the bottom of stage 4 and I am now a stage 2. With Dr Walls guidance, I was able to accomplish this. So on a scale of 1-5 I would give him a 10!

From the Quick check-in and Check-out. Both were very friendly and courteous. Then the quick call back from the nurse to get my vitals and visit questions. Dr Wall did not have me waiting (I had another Doctor have me waiting 45 minutes). Dr Wall was upbeat and got right to the visit(Good News). His friendly demeanor and his knowledge about my health and letting me know that he will be keeping an eye on me for awhile.

More providers should devote time & attention to patients

Great 1st trip! Dr Wall seemed familiar with my records. We had a good 5-10 min BS session to get better squinted—! Liked that! Then we talked health! After 2-3 more visits, if any, I would give him a 5+! Dr. William (Bill) Cobb

I met Dr Bruce Wall during a serious emergency in 2016. Turned out that I got the best doctor I could ever have asked for. He is wonderful, patient, very knowledgeable, and he listens like I'm the only patient in the office.

I arrived and had to wait about 10 minutes. And was taken care of from their on..

I would give Dr. Wall the highest of recommendations. Over a 6 year period he has unfailingly shown an interest in helping me maintain my health. He answers questions completely, takes all of them seriously, and responds remarkably promptly to emailed questions between visits. The nutrition coaching from the practice's dietitian was enormously helpful and thorough.

Always satisfactory

I have been Dr. Wall's patient for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. The office staff are kind, knowledgeable and efficient.

Easy, focused, straight forward, good communicator, office well organized

Dr. Wall is the one of the best doctors I have. He quickly rescued my kidneys and set me on a path to lose significant amounts of water that I had retained as a result of my congestive heart failure. His knowledge and competence goes far beyond nephrology. He cares for you as person and takes an interest in your overall wellbeing.

No waiting time at all.

Was impressed with the study of my history before our first meeting. Explanations of procedures and proposed treatments were clear and complete. Personality made the visit interesting and informative.

Great experience! Dr. Wall and his entire staff are warm and inviting. "K"and "K" in the front office, greet you with a smile. "M" does too. When they take you to the exam room your not rushed and one is promptly seen by your physician. Dr. Wall is considerate, inquisitive and sharp. If you have lab work, they are sweet even when taking blood - how great is that! I highly recommend them.

It was an outstanding visit with Dr. Wall. His charm, openness, his thoughtfulness on my well being was refreshing.

Semi-annual visit. Everything was top notch from the front desk check in, the gracious and friendly nurse who takes your weight and height and including the lab tech who takes blood...a wonderful and professional group, all! Dr. Wall is the icing on the cake. Totally professional while being kind and approachable at the same time. He takes his job seriously but keep things light hearted and keeps you at ease.

Dr. Wall is very special. We have seen 4 different kidney doctors and he is the only one who has been positive, upbeat, and friendly. He takes time to answer ALL questions. Andrea, his nurse, is EXCELLENT, too, as is Fong, his other nurse. We are blessed to have had Dr. Wall highly recommended by our cardiologist. Also thumbs way up for Karin, his front desk person, who got us in very quickly for our first appointment last month.

Always on time, always listens to what I’m saying. I never feel rushed. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wall or this office.

The entire office is focused in making my visit as comfortable as possible. I have never seen anyone with a sad face or derogatory comments. Nurse Audrea always does her job well and is friendly. Dr. Wall is a joy to see. (I never thought a doctor visit could be pleasant). All is good with your organization.

Such a nice gentle man, but will answer all questions in a direct, honest manner. As a retired RN with dialysis nurse experience, I am so glad he is here to take care of me in the future, if it should become necessary. An excellent doctor !

He has the best bed side manners. I was fortunate enough to be in an unfortunate situation to have him as a Dr. I would recommend Dr. Wall hands down to anyone that was in need of his practice. He literally saved my kidneys/my life.

Dr. Wall was amazing on my first visit. He had read prior records and knew what was wrong with me right away. He is friendly and puts the patient at ease. He was highly recommended from two of my doctors and I'm glad they did it.

I first met Dr. Wall after I experienced kidney failure and was hospitalized for an entire week. He was so personable, kind and caring. Of course this was a scary time for me and Dr. Wall knew this! He was so careful with me —my emotions, the way he presented my situation to me. He even instructed his nurses to be very careful what they said around me. I learned that later from the nursing staff due to my vulnerability. That’s nothing less than extreme concern for your patient! He rocks!
