Best endodontic specialists ever. They don't take my insurance, but I'll gladly pay out of pocket every time because of the amazing work they do. Making appointments is super easy and unlike most places, they return phone calls, and emails very quickly. Usually within a few hours if that. All the staff is pleasant to deal with. I cannot recommend this place enough

I had a great experience here. Dr Terry did a touch up on my root canals. Dr Terry is very skilled and he and his team are very kind. He did a great job with my teeth and was very thorough in his explanations. Thank you Dr Terry and team.

Highly recommend Dr Susan Silberg and her staff. I had a consultation today and Dr Silberg spent so much time with me, explaining everything, answering all my questions and was very understanding of my dental phobia. Both Dr.Silberg and Dr.Terry are amazing! I went in for a root canal. Dr. Silberg spent over 15 mins explaining the process and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised to see everything I shared with the staff while scheduling the appointment was communicated to the doctor and she came prepared to address my concerns eliminating the need to repeat myself. More importantly, she communicated with me throughout the entire procedure that really helped calm my nerves and anxiety! My visit was amazing even though I was having a rootcanal done. Dr. Terry and Dani his assistant made Me feel at ease. I was in and out and feel so much better. If people knew that root canals could be done like this they wouldn’t think so badly of them. Their office was very clean and set up to make you feel VERY safe and at ease during Covid. I can't believe I am writing a review for a ROOT CANAL, but here we are. I had an appointment with Dr. Silberg yesterday and I must say the experience was a pleasant suprise. The office staff started the process by making me feel safe. They are going to the extra mile to protect the patients and the staff. Dr. Silberg performed the ROOT CANAL and took the time to tell me everything that was happening during the procedure. I don't remember that happening the last time I had this done. At the end she showed me the X-RAY of my tooth and what I should expect. Special shout out to the TECH who assisted, she kept checking in and making I was ok. Sorry, don't remember her name, but she was great. I even received a followup phone call this AM to make sure I was fine. WOW! I had excruciating pain during my root canal with Dr. Silberg. I screamed in pain it was so bad. She unapologetically described it as a “hot tooth”. This is not supposed to happen. She also chit chatted with her assistant during most of the procedure. I felt she wasn’t paying attention to the task at hand. Very unprofessional. I emailed Dr. Silberg and Dr. Terry about my dissatisfaction two days later and never heard back from either of them. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Silberg. Two months later I needed a second root canal on another tooth. I went to Dr Maria Concepcion in Paoli. She was excellent. Absolutely no pain and very attentive to me. Nancy & Mary at the front desk helped me tremendously with communicating with my insurer after problems with switching to a new policy. They helped and made about 2 hours of phone calls!

I am a patient of Dr. Silberg and have had several root canals done. Very satisfied with the treatment I have received - procedures and options are well explained, and follow up by staff is excellent.

I cannot rave about Dr. Terry as much as he deserves. I was in the most excruciating pain of my life and the office fit me in immediately. I had part one done of root canal, then part two done a week later... never felt a thing. I’m so grateful for the infection that was found and treated. I've had 3 root canals performed by Dr Terry. The gentleman did a fantastic job on all 3. No fuss, no mess and each was completed in less than an hour. None were repeats and I've not been back since. Root Canals is what they do - all day long. I highly recommend Dr. Terry.

Dr. Silberg performed two root canals for me about a month ago and she did an excellent job! She was extremely attentive during my initial consult, answered all my questions, and I just had a good feeling about her. The procedure itself was quick, relatively painless except for the novacaine, and fortunately she caught the extra root on my molar which tends to be genetic. I could not be happier with the process and how everything is healing up. Hope I never have to do it again... but if I do, I'll be going back to Dr. Silberg! I don't usually write reviews, but I was in yesterday (2/7/19) for a root canal with Dr. Silberg. No one looks forward to a root canal, but I can honestly say after my experience, I would not hesitate to come back to your office without reservation. I know your office performs hundreds, if not thousands of root canals a year, but I was made to feel as if my experience was the most important one. Specifically, the way Dr. Silberg took the time to explain what was happening step by step and took the time to answer any questions I had. I am also happy to report I am pain free today! Thank you, and I WILL be telling everyone I know where to go based on my treatment. I got a root canal done here. A few months went by and my pain came back! I finally went to get it checked out when the pain became unbearable again. It was confirm that I needed to REDO the Root Canal!!!. It was so stressful and pricey to get this root canal finally done, and to realize it's not over is just so disappointing. I went to a real Clinic this time and they stated it was done poorly and did not go down to the end of the root; therefore, I had inflammation all over that area and the neighboring tooth, which also need a root canal too! Call the office in a minor panic because I was about to leave for vacation but my tooth was getting worse. I was very grateful they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Dr. Terry was awesome. The work they've done is fine, but i arrived on time for my appointment and sat in the chair for nearly an hour before they did any work, which is unacceptable.

Took my 13 year old son to him today and he was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Terry.

Outstanding experience. They were able to squeeze me in same-day for a root canal. I didn't feel a thing, didn't even need Tylenol the first night, and was in and out in about an hour. Dr. Terry was great, office staff was so nice. Highly recommend

Made an appointment to have a conical x-ray procedure and Dr Terry was out but was supposed to get back with me in a few days with diagnosis. After 2 weeks I called and the office said they would send me the results but that Dr Terry was out of the country for several weeks with no offer of interim help. I certainly wish I wouldn't have wasted my time and money for the initial appointment. They could have told me that he wasn't going to be around to help me.
