We found NCH North an excellent hospital and Dr Roy an excellent Dr. Recently treating my Wife Sheila with the Flu Pneumonia. Their was no better place we could be. Just Excellent Care!!!!

Dr Roy . Has been one of the best Drs. I have ever had. His experience and Sincere thoroughness has been refreshing to see this sti can exist in todays Healthcare. Kudos Dr Roy.

We are new to the area and tried on multiple occasions to schedule an appointment with Dr. Roy. Each time we had no choice but to leave a message on an answering machine and no one called us back. We thought after the first time it was a mistake but after three times we realized that this doctor either does not want new patients or has no idea of what's going on in his office. Either way, we moved on and will find another doctor.

My doctor through Holston Medical Group Referred me to Dr. Roy and I am so satisfied with the patient care I received! From the check in point, the lady who preformed the breathing testing, and Dr. Roy's nurse, to Dr. Roy himself was so professional and made me feel very comfortable, and that my care mattered.
