Dr. Bruce Lee Palmer

After 20 or so years as a patient, the last visit was a real let down. Left my wife (the Patient) with considerable worry about the condition of her "Mitro Valve Prolapse". Talked up Valve Surgery and how simple it was. Didn't actually show evidence of a decline in her condition, or if there was ANY decline. "Moderate to Severe Leakage". Prescribed another test and review in November.. Think about it , Doesn't sound serious enough to schedule an Immediate review. Except to the Patient, who gets to Worry about it till Nov. BAAAAH! Joe the LPN (I guess), He didn't specify his title, gets a 1/2 star for personality and "Bed side manor". And a longer BAAAAAAAAAH!

I had my face completely messed up at Radiant Touch by one of his injectors. Dr Palmer tried to fix it by dissolving the stuff she put in my face but it didn’t work. I couldn’t leave my house for 4 months I looked so awful. Even at his office they would have me leave by the back door so the people in the waiting room wouldn’t see me. Then he wouldn’t give all my money back. Now I have a medical problem- purple toes and numb feet and even though I was referred there by another ortho surgeon he will not see me. I was told he is the only one in town who fixes problems like that and I think it is very unethical for him to refuse me. It wasn’t my fault what she did to me.

Apart from what appears to be a medical management company 'managing' the office, I have no problem with Dr Palmer. Generally I do not like nurse practicioners, but those with Dr Palmer seem to be more flexible and competent than most, and actually listen. I have been with Dr Palmer for several years, although with no problems on my part. He seems to be quite well-trained and capable. Dr.Palmer and Joe are fabulous.They take care of my whole family very well.

Dr Palmer has the knowledge and ability, and would be a 4 star....Except. His office staff overbooks until wait time past appointment time is often 3 hours. This is not a one-time thing. They are also rude. That definitely takes the shine of anyone associated with this office.

Good doctor. You have to wait multiple hours to see after scheduled appt time. Too slow.

Went to see Dr Palmer in 2012 to discuss the results of a medical test. The nurses that ran the test said that they had never seen someone have a positive result before. When I me with Dr Palmer, he said that the test wasn't really positive and that with the right tricks he could make anyone have a positive test. It wasn't until years later, when I met with Dr Kong (2018), that I was finally told what the positive on that test meant. I don't know why Dr Palmer chose to ignore my cardiac issue, but if you have a cardiac issue that is not your standard run of the mill cardiac issue, Dr Palmer will ignore it and hope nothing bad happens. Dr. Palmer performed a procedure on my Mom. He was so good at talking to me about everything that was going to happen, and then showed and explained the procedure to me after the fact. I felt so comfortable and inform. He is a fabulous Dr.

Went in today for a Nuclear Stress Test. Was greeted promptly and courteously by office staff. Within a few minutes Roxanne came to the waiting area and asked me to follow her. She explained every step of the process, and was informative through the entire 2 1/2 hour procedure. It was obvious to me that she cared about me and my experience. I appreciate her and highly recommend the office of Dr. Bruce Palmer.. Steve Garner

Impossible to schedule hospital follow up. Family member discharged with bypass surgery and never could get follow up appointment. Apparently you have to wait for them to contact you for appointment no one ever called. Called office to schedule appointment and was told we could not until we were called.

The first time I saw Dr Palmer I didn't like his bedside manner I thought his was down right a here but then when he finally had time to stop and pay attention he wasn't that bad. He does have way to many patients. When he works 3 clinics I can understand how he would become cranky at times. His PA Joe is always friendly and right on top of things. The front desk people have been down right rude maybe they had a bad day or maybe that's the way they are. But a little tender loving care would help. People stop and smell the roses the people that walk in to that place are there for their health they might be scared confused and they need some kind words. Dr. Palmer is awesome ! The Best I. This area of North Texas. Appointment & front desk women are straight up rude

Everyone in the office in wonderful and a joy to deal with! I would recommend this cardiologist to anyone. Great staff. He has been my doctor for several years.

Need a office manager to run appointments and take care of business, Had two appointments this week and both resulted in two 100 mile trips no results., Staff says oops!!!!!

Great care wonderfull staff. Dr. Palmer is frank and to the point. I was thought I was just feeling my age. After my stress test we discussed my health status. The following day he place 4 stents. I feel great! Don't look for the sugar coat approach. You will get the truth and a list of options. I have total confidence in Dr. Palmer.
