He’s the best foot doctor !!! I come in from Florida to see him as I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He’s also a nice & interesting man. With him, he cares, very rare these days

Very kind and helpful staff. I have great confidence in Dr. Noxon’s skill. I was well cared for and have healed well after surgery.

Worse Dr. ever. Destroyed my feet forever. Have been in pain for years after he botched my bunion surgery. Would never recommend him. He is lacking experience, knowledge, and humanity. A destroyer.

I took my daughter here after being referred and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The day of our appointment they forgot we were in a room waiting and he saw another patient before he saw us. Then they did her exam and measured her for orthotics and told us that they would be ready in two week. After three weeks past I called because we hadn’t heard anything only to find they hadn’t even ordered the orthotics because the doctor never did his part. They said sorry and that they would order them and we would have them in two weeks. This was in November and we are now in February 2021 and I have a bill for orthotics I never received and got from another doctor in a timely manner. I called them to tell them they billed me for something I never received and Sylvia tried to say I should’ve followed up. Dr. Nixon said I was still responsible for a product that I never received per Sylvia. Don’t go here especially if you except good service.

I have gone to Dr. Noxon 2 times. First was when he was still a sole practitioner and that was a 4-star experience. Then 2 years ago I returned and still find myself disturbed and angry. First, Dr. Noxon made an error in the surgery - my toe does not touch the ground and causes me moderate ongoing discomfort. Next, I was on private self-purchased insurance and found their billing service to be guilty of very sharp practice, at best. When I complained I got the runaround and extremely rude bordering on threatening treatment from the office staff. Finally got a refund after much unpleasantness but never want to go back there - will probably seek correction of the error from another podiatrist.

Excellent service. He’s so knowledgeable and person centered and helpful. Saved me from my ankle pain!! Go see him.... you’ll be glad you did!

Another general surgeon either didn't do a good job or was incomplete on 2 previous foot surgeries for a broken foot. Dr. Noxon addressed not corrected problems but also addressed my flat footedness. He is succinct, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. My two brothers, father, and father-in-law are also patients, and we can't say enough about how much our feet have improved since we've had him as our doctor. Amy, his office manager, is so very helpful as well.

Dr.Noxon is a very caring physician. His knowledge and experience is extensive, his office friendly, and he takes time to address patient concerns and questions. Truly an excellent doctor.

Dr. Noxon left me with two damaged feet. After 11 surgeries I was finally able to wear shoes. He never called to see how I was doing. He knew he destroyed my feet forever. Do not recommend run away.

Always a considerable wait, office staff is curt & short tempered. Never gives alternative therapies unless specifically asked something. Chronic conditions are treated the same each time-does not warn of possible long-term effects of treatment or alternatives. Does not update med file to reflect others meds patient is on from other MDs even when told about them more than once. Never mentions physical therapy even though it would be beneficial in my case. No empathy.

Does not listen, always feels like I am being rushed. Absolutely no follow-up on the part of the Dr or the office staff, Have to keep calling back to get things done. I am looking for someone who actually cares about their patients=it's not him.
