My experience with Dr. Byrne was great I had carpal and ulnar surgery on my right hand my hand is mych improved and Dr Byrne was very caring and knowledgeable I highly recommend him

He is amazing! Very easy to talk to and clear with instructions. He was available after hours for a need I had after surgery. The work he did for me is so good and I’m very happy!

I chose Dr Byrne because I have three separate friends who absolutely raved about him and his work. I am now two months post Mommy Makeover and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr Byrne did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. Everything about the experience was great beginning with the consult all the way through to post-op visits.

Dr. Byrne performed a second carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand. He did not perform the first one. It has relieved my pain but I have nerve damage and it is taking a long time to heal. it is improving. I am very pleased with him and his staff.

After decades of hand pain, tingling and numbness in both hands, Dr. Byrne performed the carpal tunnel release surgery on both of my wrists 2 weeks ago. The immediate relief of my symptoms was amazing! The post surgical pain was brief and very manageable. Today was my folow-up appointment and my hand strength is returning rapidly. The single stitch in each wrist was removed painlessly. Dr. Byrne is the best! I have to complement Dr. Byrne, his staff and the Breckinridge Surgery Center for taking excellent care of me. I wanted a second opinion on reconstruction surgery after breast cancer. Dr Byrne listen to my concerns and gave me options. I'm so pleased with the results and happy I used him. He and his staff are so friendly. Highly recommend.

To say that Dr. Byrne is extremely talented would be a huge understatement. The skill that Dr. Byrne possesses with his scalpel is absolutely amazing! In July 2017 Dr. Byrne performed a bilateral blepharoplasty, and a deep plane face and neck lift. The results were horrifying. He had sewn my left ear lobe into my face, stuffed my neck with fat into a bulge in the center, and fattened my cheeks. During our follow up appt he said nothing about my ear until I mentioned it. In Feb 2018 he performed a revision with little improvement. I am very distraught and feel I have been taken advantage of, and have been treated shabbily. In my opinion he misrepresented himself, was disrespectful, dishonest and deceitful. At times he became angry with me because of my dissatisfaction. The only reason for the one star is because in order to write a review you must choose. Otherwise, I would have given him a -10!!! Several years ago He performed a face lift on my mother. The sub-dermal stitches began to surface on her face appearing like abnormally large absences. The first time this happen, mom went to her PCP not realizing it was related to the FL. She went into the office for Mr. Byrne to correct the issue, he was rude and placed blame on my mom. WITHOUT lidocaine, he began to cut the stitch out. This caused extreme pain and when she verbalized the pain, he dismissed her pleas! Unfortunately, mom had the same issue a second time. She was treated horribly by the entire office and when Mr. Byrne states that he would have to remove the affected stitches, my mom immediately asked if he had intentions of numbing the area. Exasperated, he asked the nurse to get the lidocaine. Roughly, he injection her face five times without allowing any time to lapse before he began gouging at the already painfully inflamed area! Mom said that 10 minutes after she left his office the medication took affect and her face was then numb. I pray that no one else in this world ever suffers at this mans hands! Dr Bernes was the medical professional I chose to use as my plastic surgeon. From the start he provided a positive atmosphere that did wonders to ease my worries about the procedure. I lived years with arthritis in my thumb. When I was finally referred to Dr. Byrne, he was quick to diagnose and come up with a treatment plan. He answered all my questions about all options. When surgery was needed, it was scheduled quickly and the recovery time was fast! I am amazed at how well the surgery took away all my pain. Dr. Byrne is kind and easy to talk with, always explaining every detail. His office staff are very personable and professional. I also had my occupational therapy at his office. I sought out Dr. Bruce Byrne to perform my bilateral endo-carpal surgery. The office staff was amazing. I was greated with fabulous nurses on the day of surgery. My recovery was quick and easy. There are no visible scars whatsoever. I was back to work in one week without restrictions and no physical therapy was needed. If you need this operation, I highly recommend Dr. Byrne.

I unfortunately thought Dr B Byrne was going to be the answer to my prayers when I broke my hand. He doesn't have great office personality, but he was actually rude and abrupt the day of my surgery. When surgery was complete, Dr Byrne said he had removed a ridge and "...some arthritis." (?) After weeks of painful therapy for my hand (costing money, travel, and time I couldn't afford), the therapist said the therapy would never allow me full proper movement of my hand because the bones were never corrected. Dr Byrne then explained that, for that, he would have to do artificial-joint replacement surgery "...in four to six months...." to correct the problem; but I had understood THAT was what he was going to do from the start. (I pretty much had surgery for nothing to be done.) I guess if I had had him do rhinoplasty or a boob job, I'd be "sitting in butter" now. Instead, I have a deformed hand that continues to worsen, despite continuing therapy at home. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Byrne is a great surgeon and I was very pleased with my results. Thank you to him and his professional staff for providing a positive experience.

The staff at dr. Burns office has been with the me from the first step all the way to the last they've done a great job with all the paperwork and everything that has to do with getting to work and back to work and getting my health taken care of love them what a great group

Dr Byrne and his staff along with Rockwall Surgery Center are the best. I do not have one complaint. I’ve actually had about 6 procedures done since the first of the year and everyone has been great. I love the staff and love their heartfelt concern for me. From phone calls, surveys and thank you cards, all in the first 4 days after the procedures. Excellent, professional service! The entire staff is friendly, helpful and caring. Dr Byrne is professional and honest. I have recommended him to my own family and friends.

After losing 200 lbs I needed a full body lift etc... Dr. Byrne and his staff were fantastic and answered all pur questions and concerns.. The process was fast and without to many road blocks.. After my full body lift, with a breast lift and implants with lypo on my outter thighs I had to stay the 23 hrs for observation but the nurses were wonderful also and was able to go home the next morning after the Dr. Came to see me. I am now 4 months out and the results are AMAZING... I could not ask for any better results.. The thin flat scar lines can easily be covered with a bikini and the lift and implants look amazing natural... As a gynecologic surgeon, I can appreciate attention to detail and thinking of the patient's desire of an aesthetically pleasing scar. Everyday I have the chance to see the results of other plastic surgeons and can compare with my own. I've also had several patients who have needed him for hand surgery and were extremely pleased. Dr Byrne did my tummy tuck 10 years ago and it still looks amazing. I had a speedy recovery & terrific results! Best choice I could have made. He does great work and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon.

I can't say enough about Dr. Byrne and his staff. I had a very difficult time during my treatment of breast cancer. I spent about one-third of a year in and out of the hospital for various complications (NONE related to Dr. Byrne or any other doctor for that matter.) I underwent many procedures that took a toll on my body and self esteem. I was diagnosed at 38, and I felt like I would never feel feminine again after losing both breasts and my hair. Well, the hair grew back, and thanks to Dr. Byrne I ended up with breasts better than I started with (no joke.) I honestly didn't have much hope for a good outcome, but my results blew me away! Dr. Byrne is a caring professional. He is a perfectionist in his work, which I personally find awesome in a plastic surgeon! I can't say enough about Dr. Byrne and his staff.
