First, I heard nothing but bad review's that made me so afraid. I was late but still was seen. I like that they. Check your pulse a blood pressure. Now, he did what for the Novocaine to work. The worst i have ever been to the front end staff is nice but he is not he's aggressive with his hands his equipment an he sure did not make sure i was numb all the way before removing my last two teeth. I left shaking an in tears I'm so glad i never ever ever ever have to go thru that I've never left a dentists office crying rushing to get out of that place the equipment is so outdated an rusty they dont have this or that they said what the heck. It was a NIGHTMARE

I'm rating this place one star since I can't rate it no star. I'm very infuriated & livid with how my fiance's wisdom teeth procedure went. They did not put him under nor did they wait for the novacain to kick in when they went ahead & started pulling them out. He was even trying to let them know during all of this that he was in excruciating pain & they refused to listen the whole time. Then immediately after removing all four & handing him a slip of paper with what to do, then told him to just leave. This is not correct, they didn't even go over anything & was lacking information. I do not recommend this place for anyone who decides to get oral surgery done. I've even spoken to plenty of people who have had this procedure done & it was nothing as close to what my fiance had to endure. I'm rating this place one star since I can't rate it no star. I had two mollers extracted and it was the most barbaric experience I've ever had. The doctor didn't even wait for the novicane to take affect.

I was hesitant to go there,after reading the bad reviews, but pulling teeth is never fun, but plenty of novacaine,no pain, looked for chips,none and gave script for pain meds after. Wisdom n one molar in front removed, total time at office 40 minutes.

This was my first time going and having anything major done thetr2 is nicr laxy staff this morning that greeted me well whrn i went to the back i was sacred onr nurse told me i would be ok reassuring me that ill just feel tugging it didnt hurt doctors numbed me up real good

I have extreme anxiety about the dentist. As a natural redhead it's very hard to get me numb. Not only did he know this he numbed me quicker then any oral surgeon ever has. He was quick and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has problems with getting numb. In my 42 years I have never had a dentist this proficient in his craft. I was even late and he still saw me.

Not very empathetic, did not explain procedures. came home to find that a left-over piece of tooth remained in the area of extraction. Due to severe pain and concern of the leftover piece of tooth, I made several calls to his pager after hours. I never received a return call from him. Very unconcerning and bad business!! The office staff shared his lack of empathy and kindness as well.
