Dr Watson himself was impressive. His office staff (or, maybe him also, I don't know for sure) absolutely IGNORED me since my initial visit. I've been CALLING, AND USING THE PORTAL, AS WELL AS WENT THERE personally to get the blood test results and I have been completely IGNORED. This is ridiculous office behavior.

Went to this dr once. While dr was pleasant enough, staff not so much. Didn't get refills without a dozen calls and running out of medication. Didnt get lab orders sent so I could have lab test.. got bill, they didn't bill my insurance. Then got treated terribly by the head nurse when I was concerned about my medical care.. do not waste your time... if staff is bad.. doesn't matter if dr is good. Went to this dr once. This doctor(TCCH) HORRIBLE doctor, as well as his nurse's. Not a one can return a phone call, they constantly lie about EVERYTHING. It takes 2+ weeks to get medication refill's, when they decide to do there job. For anyone to do there job, you have to call everyday reminding them what's needed, ITS 100%REDUCLIOUS! I wouldn't recommend anyone go here, you'll have a horrible experience, they can care less about patient's. If I could give a 0 star I would, personal opinion I think 1 star is to goo for this doctor
