Dr. Bronwen Fairlie Kahn

I saw Dr. Kahn at around 7 months pregnant for special ultrasound monitoring due to my age. Dr. Kahn bullied and talked down to me regarding my decision not to receive the COVID shot while pregnant. When I politely told her I did not want to discuss the matter (I was not there for covid counseling, I was there for an ultrasound), she continued badgering me and guilt-tripping me. I told her I did not want to hear any scare tactics as I had already read the statistics from both sides. She proceeded to tell me about her covid-positive pregnant patients who were in ICU, etc. When I proceeded to leave the exam room, she followed me to the hallway and continued to argue with me. I left the office in tears and extremely distressed. Pregnant women over 40 already have enough to worry about! The experience was unprofessional and downright unacceptable. Both my husband and I left numerous messages with the office manager. We are still waiting for a return call 4 months later.

Dr. Kahn and her team were amazing while my husband and I were dealing with a slightly confusing and scary time in our pregnancy. They understood our point of view and did everything they could to provide us the best care possible.
