Dr. Meyer listens carefully and is very thorough- her nurse always seems to be in a hurry and makes me feel anxious.

Great experience. My only complaint is the Dr was running 45 minutes late. However I got an appointment for the same day which was awesome.

She's an excellent doctor. She takes time to listen, she's open to patients contacting her any time they have issues, and she's open about understanding the situations that sleep apnea patients go through because she deals with it too. She understands, from a personal point of view, what her patients deal with. That, for me, helps create a better bond between doctor and patient.

Dr. Meyer was very informative about sleep apnea as she has it herself. It was a pleasure working with her and I’m sure I will be seeing her again.

Dr. Meyer is pleasant and professional. She takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed. She is extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. Meyer is wonderful - caring, knowledgeable and she takes the time needed to solve any concerns. She is even great through telehealth! Which is a wonderful option during cold & flu season, thank you!

I found Dr. Meyer. to be very friendly and professional, however her nurse was a bit on the defensive.

Dr Meyer was knowledgeable and pleasant. Explained in an understandable way results and my options. Both her nurse and the tech who initially set up home study also very helpful.

Very good experience Doctor is very knowledgeable and listens to your comments. Goes thru the sleep reports and gives good input

My initial visit with Dr. Meyer was excellent. She is knowledgeable and really listened to me when I explained my issues. I'm looking forward to the next appointment with her.

My annual checkup with Dr. Brittany J. Meyer at the Delafield WMH Sleep Center, ProHealth Care Medical Associates (PHCMA) was both informative and encouraging. Dr. Meyer clearly answered my questions about my CPAP device data report which showed continued good results in my sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Meyer is a kind, passionate and competent professional. I feel fortunate to have as one of my health care professionals.

Dr Meyer and her staff were so kind and understanding in getting my sleep apnea under control with a C Pap machine. They all took their time and made sure everything from the mask to the humidity setting was correct. No one seemed in a hurry to get to the next patient. So comforting.

Excellent conservation about my sleep apnea.

Dr Meyer was very knowledgeable, helpful and offered options to solve issues.

Dr Meyer and her staff were great. On time and Dr Meyer answered all my questions and was engaged in our conversation.

Dr. Meyer spent time answering my many questions without any hesitation. She explained the process and she also explained that she knows what we are going through tax she also is a patient.

Dr. Meyer has been a breath of fresh air. She listens to me and seems to understand exactly what I'm going through. I'm thankful to have her as my sleep doc and an advocate for me!

Would like to let patients know a little about me. I was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea when I was 19 years old and have been on a CPAP since that time. I know what it is like to be on the other end and what patients are going through. I try to the best of my capabilities to work with patients, insurances, DME companies to come up with testing and treatment plans that provide the best care to patients. Dr. Meyer and her nurse/medical tech were great! Dr. Meyer has personal background that sure was helpful in deciding to move forward with the sleep study and cpap machine. Overall, a very comfortable experience. I’d recommend them to all who are in need of a sleep study and/or cpap machine.

Be careful. Doctor Meyer suggests a "sleep study". $4950 for 8 hours sleep using own CPAP machine. small fine print on bundle of paper saying check with your insurance. That is funny. That is so they get paid this crazy amount of money not for your protection. Our cost was $3200 to sleep 8 hours. If you did self pay (if you have no insurance would be $2300. Hummm the difference is why? Get an actual quote from your insurance of how much this wasteful procedure is.....$4950/8 hours..more than a week for the family in Disney... Be careful. Was referred to the clinic for a certain type of sleep study that the VA couldn’t provide. The VA provides for 100% of my care. When I arrived I filled out their paperwork, explained the VA covers my medical care and the woman behind the desk did she would look into it. The nurse checking me into to do vitals was fine, we chatted about things, my symptoms, etc. once again I mentioned the VA covers my care but didn’t have staff for this certain sleep test. I met with Dr Meyer for less than 10 minutes. She did that they would not do the test unless I came off my pain meds for at least three days, I have a spinal cord injury (paraplegic) for the last six years, I would be a quivering mess of jello if that were to happen. So the obvious answer was that I would not be completing the test. She did mention some other meds I could try for my issue. Then the nurse returned to room after the doctor left. We discussed the medical implications if I were to try to quit my meds for three days and the state it would leave me in, help I would need in that instance. Suddenly she was very condescending to us. She was unfriendly in her response that they provide no medical care, I would need to bring my own help. I explained that I would not be doing the test, I was trying to explain why using examples. We left the office very confused as to the attitude change. A few weeks later I receive a statement from United Healthcare stating there is a claim for $451. I haven’t had them for health insurance since 2017. So I use the MyChart online feature to message the office to please fix THEIR error in whom they have tried to Bill. It should be billed through the VA, as I mentioned several times at the appointment and even handed over paperwork the VA sent me with. One of the RNs message back that I should call billing and speak to them about the issue. So I replied that it was their error, I expect them to fix it. This is still ongoing but the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth for this doc and her office. I' m 75 and have seen a lot of doctors and Dr. Meyer easily rates 4 stars. A night of sleep study is a very uncomfortable event that a sleep doctor is not part of, it is administered by technicians. Dr. Meyer uses a CPAP herself and this adds to her outstanding understanding and patient rapport.

Dr. Meyer took time to listen to my concerns and understand what I needed. We made a plan for treatment together and her expertise has improved my quality of life more than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Dr. Meyer!
