Brittany Craiglow

Don’t bother going to Dr. Craiglow for any “typical” pediatric dermotology needs. She doesn’t take insurance (fine, ok with that for someone amazing, but not the case here with her office.) Brought my 10 month old daughter in for a severe case of eczema, I’ve seen other in network dermatologists who just slap a hydrocortisone prescription on the problem, I was looking for someone who specializes in peds and who is more focused on root cause solutions than over the counter prescriptions. I made this clear when booking the appointment which was made 3 weeks out due to her schedule. Dr. C wasn’t willing to look into a root cause and suggested a prescription to treat the reaction. I was then charged more than the fee I was originally quoted, when I challenged this I was told “due to the complexity of her case” the fee would be 100$ more. I called the office the next day and was refunded the additional charge as I was wrongly marked up, our case was not complex. Overall this experience was a waste of my time and money. I’m sure she’s great for more complex cases, but don’t waste your time and money paying out of pocket for a simple skin issue like eczema.

Absolutely amazing and hopeful experience!

This was a great visit. Very compassionate and thorough understanding of a very difficult problem for an adolescent girl to go through or anyone for that matter.

Her kindness and compassion shows in her interactions with her patients. She is smart, driven and willing to go the extra mile!

Dr Craiglow is amazing. Has done so much for my son. We had lost hope and she gave us hope again. Thank you for all you do.

Dr. Craiglow is a genuine, amazing doctor. She really cares about her families and her patients. We def recommend her!!!

Love Dr Craiglow. She listens and really individualizes each patients plan. We travel 1.5 hours to see her and it's so worth it for her experience and knowledge in alopecia areata.

Hello! What was the process of people who came from abroad for Alopecia? If you have experience, I would like your information.

Dr. Craiglow is a phenomenal doctor. She takes time to listen, she cares and is extraordinarily knowledgeable.

We absolutely adore Dr. Craiglow! Although a bit of a drive for us to go to CT from MA, it is worth the time spent to see such a knowledgeable dermatologist.

Dr. Craiglow was wonderful. She was so kind and addressed my daughter directly and focused first on how she is coping as a tween with alopecia. She gave us lots of hope and a solid plan. We are so glad we made the trip from south Jersey to CT.

Well worth the time and money to visit Dr. Craiglow. She is truly the expert in her field and in the latest treatments for pediatric alopecia. She takes the time to make sure both your child and you have a good understanding of what is going on and the plan moving forward. If your child has alopecia, I would highly recommend Dr. Craiglow as your Dermatologist!

Dr Craiglow is a godsend! In addition to being an expert in her field she is incredibly kind and empathetic. She listens actively and takes the time to address all of her patients concerns. She is able to connect with children in a way that makes them feel comfortable and well cared for. From her medical knowledge to her understanding of social-emotional challenges that can accompany some dermatologic conditions, Dr. Craiglow is a top notch physician.
