He was extremely kind and helpful with the issues we are having with my sons facial tic. He explained why it is probably happening and how to deal with it. He didn’t immediately go down the path of medication (which I appreciate very much). He made my son and I feel much better about the situation in general.

Dr Ryals has treated my son's sudden onset severe headaches for several years and with his help my son was able to get some relief and get back to regular activity finally. He missed 8 weeks of school when this first started and after going thru several drs with no luck we finally found dr ryals. He aggressively worked thru everything he could think of and he started getting some relief pretty soon. My son is in college now but still sees drs ryals because he trusts him. This has to be one of the dumbest doctors I have to visit. He is EXTREMELY nosy and asks all the wrong questions. He seems to care more about gaining information about you instead of treating my illness which still I suffer from. He completely ignored my problem.
