Dr. Brian T Pelczar

Several family members have seen Dr. Pelczar for nasal issues so when I experienced sudden hearing loss I called his office. Because this condition required immediate treatment, he squeezed me into his already busy schedule - not once, but several times. My hearing loss (which I estimate was maybe 80%) has been fully restored. I received knowledgeable, appropriate care in a timely manner. I'm very grateful!

Dr. Pelczar's treatment of me as a patient was cursory and condenscending. To my disappointment he is representative of a mechanistic approach to medicine. You are not a person but just a set of ears he examines and quickly predicts what the "problem" is. And I thought that health and wellness had everything to do with healthy relationships. Well, not with him!

I seen Dr. Pelzar a few months back. He has taken my thyroid out as well as my sisters and mothers. He is extremely caring, kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would suggest him or anyone at his office.

I have to tell you all, in my many yeas of doctors visits, Dr. Pelzar and staff are extremely professional, caring, kind knowledgeable. They are at the top of my lists of doctors. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr Brian Pelczar is a wonderful person and a great ENT Doctor. I had my deviated septum repaired, a small portion on my nasal cavity repaired AND my tonsils removed 5 weeks ago by Dr Pelczar. I am very happy with my results. I can finally breathe well and may be able to rid of my CPAP in the near future. This is the guy to go to if you have any ENT problems. I wish I would have visited him sooner.

I am extremely particular whenever I need to find a Dr, and I researched the ENT's in my area. Dr Pelczar had the education and experience that made me most comfortable. I was absolutely amazed by how wonderful my experience was! I had virtually no time in the waiting room, I was cared for in a very professional yet friendly manner, and my questions were all answered. After lab results came back, Dr Pelczar called me, promptly, and requested that I take time to think over my options for care, then come for an appointment. At that appointment, he spent ample time discussing all the pros and cons of my issues. I never felt rushed or as if I were an inconvenience. After deciding on the surgery that best suited my needs, he was able to get it scheduled quickly. The surgery went off without a hitch, and my healing process was quick and painless, and the scar is minimal. I have never had such an amazing experience with a surgeon, and would highly recommend him without hesitation!!

Dr. Pelczar is the best physician I have ever seen. He has impressed me on all fronts—from his clinical expertise to his bedside manner. I have been suffering with a condition for years and have been misdiagnosed and dismissed by multiple medical professionals. I had given up hope of ever finding out what was wrong with me until I went to Dr. Pelczar simply to establish care. He immediately found out what was going on and has provided excellent care and surgical intervention. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Pelczar truly upheld patient-centered care, taking my whole picture into account (my job, my family support, etc.) rather than treating me as “just another patient.” He allowed me time to work through my anxiety, patiently handing me tissues as I cried in the exam room and offering much-needed words of wisdom and encouragement. I have never known such a patient and encouraging physician! My experience with Dr. Pelczar has been life-changing and I cannot thank him enough.

I have a little boy who was suffering from chronic sinus/ear infections - after many colds (including a hospitalization for RSV) and terrible sleep, our pediatrician's office referred us to ENT Associates. Dr. Pelczar came highly recommended by many friends - and my experiences with him proved why. He was kind and understanding (even empathizing with me regarding my "mom guilt") and ultimately offered us helpful and definitive solutions. After both a successful adenoidectomy and tube placement, our child has been healthy for months. Follow-up has been prompt and efficient. Dr. Pelczar has shown himself to be sincere and helpful and competent. I've nothing but wonderful things to say about him as a physician, and as a kind and empathetic person.

Hands down the best ENT doctor in town! Dr. Pelczar has been treating my son for chronic ear infections over the last two years. We ended up getting tubes and what a difference that has made. He is great with my non participating toddler In the office and helps calm down my mom brain when needed! My insurance encourages the hospital down the street but I choose to go to Pelczar because I can trust him with my son’s care. I would rather pay double and know my loved ones are in the best hands possible. You can’t put money down on trust! He’s a terrific doctor, great bedside manner, and an expert at what he does!

I just can't say enough about what a great doctor, Brian Pelczar is! In 2006, I had a deviated septum, 2011 sinus cleaning, and I'm currently seeing him annually for eczema in my ears. His examination is very thorough and he is very easy to talk to. He has treated my husband, daughter, and granddaughter and all were very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Brian Pelczar to everyone!!

I have been seeing Dr. Pelczar for the last 8 months because of cancer that had spread to my lymph nodes and throat area. Dr Pelczar performed the surgery to remove the cancerous tissue and it turned out fantastic, he did a wonderful job. I see him on a monthly basis for check ups and he is very professional and has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Pelczar has been my ENT physician for over 20 years. He had treated every member of my family and all with great outcomes. He is a skilled surgeon and clinician. Dr. Pelczar saved my life in 1998 because he acted quickly to stop an infection that can be fatal for many patients. Dr. Pelczar is an expert in his field and I would highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr. Pelczar for 25 years. He is the best ENT doctor you can find. I first started seeing him for sinus infections. I had surgery to improve my air way. In 2000 I was having more problems. He know something was wrong and I had gone to an infectious disease doctor that said I had a simple sinus infection. He was not offended at all that I went to a different type of doctor for a second opinion. It wasn't that simple sinus infection the other doctor said I had. It was a rare form of nasal cancer. He got me into the oncologist and treatment started. He has been with me and my family the whole way through it. As well as today, to make sure I say healthy! He has also treated my husband, daughter and grandson with great results.

Dr. Pelczar has completely changed our lives!!! My child had struggled with chronic ear infections, with already one set of tubes done by a different doctor. After he had our tubes redone by him in March my child now talks, he sleeps, and his behavior has changed drastically. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. I recommend him to everyone who has issues with there little ones!!

Dr. Pelczar was amazing. He did sinus surgery on my oldest daughter. He was patient and caring throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t go to any other doctor. Thanks Dr. Pelczar

Pelczar has been our go to ENT for 14 years now. To say that we trust, appreciate and like him would be an understatement. He has done surgery on 6 out of the 7 people in our family. He is confident, very skilled and knowledgeable at his specialty. And he knows how to calm this anxious momma. He cares about his patients and always takes the time to personally call the next day to check in. There is no other ENT we would go to. He is the BEST!!!

I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with Dr. Pelczar, he took out my tonsils a few years back, recently took my daughters tonsils out, this year he removed both sides of my thyroid and is scheduled to see my sister to remove her thyroid as well. He is extremely professional and amazing at what he does. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Pelczar was absolutely wonderful. He is very direct and tells you truthfully what is going on and what needs to be done. He is kind and has a humble attitude. I would highly recommend him and I’m very thankful he is my ear Dr.

Dr. Pelczar has treated me, my family and extended family for a number of years and all would highly recommend him for their ENT health concerns. He's knowledgable, engaging, and a very competent technician. Instructions for a successful recovery are clearly communicated with an open door policy for follow up. He treats patients as individuals with individual needs. Just as we expect investment of his time and expertise, he expects patients to be responsible compliant active participants in our own recovery processes. Between the ages of 1 to 3 my daughter struggled with a nagging cough that lead to many sleepless nights and multiple ear, sinus, and respiratory infections.I consistently felt dismissed by our pediatrician’s office as they sought the easy diagnosis of “she has asthma.”Simply, this never felt right. Then we started seeing Dr. Pelczar! As a mother, I felt heard by Dr. Pelczar.He provided the perfect balance of hearing my concerns and inserting his medical expertise.Throughout our many visits I appreciated Dr. Pelczar’s communication- the plan of care was always presented with options, but never did we leave the office in limbo.His attentiveness and knowledge allowed for us to make headway toward a final diagnosis. In that, he helped to provide stepping stones for additional specialists who could further assist her care.Dr. Pelczar has remained engaged and in-the-know with my daughter’s progress. We will forever be thankful for his empathy, compassion, and expertise.

Brian Pelczar.... If I ever see him on the street gonna straight up confront him. I was referred to him by Dr Fiddler after cancer diagnosis to inquire on surgery options. He basically laughed saying "there ain't a Dr in MT that can do what you need" He likes to say things like "you got dealt a bad hand" He did my biopsy so I already knew him but he acted offended or something that Dr Fiddler sent me to him. Pelczar and Fiddler both wanted nothing to do with me basically just hoping I'd go off and die. I was left with no reference, no options and no help. What really got me was after leaving Billings and moving to Great Falls I found a Dr who found a surgeon... In Great Falls. Dr Scott Larson who ended up doing my surgery and did great job. Dr Larson said he knew Dr Pelczar.... Said they discussed patients like me all the time. Unbelievable! I'm sure there are those of you who like him but this guy cares for no one but himself.

I can't praise this doctor enough. I visited him for recurring sore throats and ultimately a tonsillectomy. From my first appointment, Dr. Pelczar was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and took all the time needed to focus in and LISTEN to my concerns and discuss solutions for my issues. Reading accounts of others online who had undergone tonsillectomy's with different doctors, I was a bit apprehensive, but my experience with Dr. Pelczar was pleasant. From start to finish, Dr. Pelczar made sure I was comfortable, informed, and his talents in the surgical studio really showed based on the incredible speed and ease of my recovery. Luck had nothing to do with my amazing recovery, and all of the credit is owed to Dr. Pelczar. He is personable, relatable, and a no-nonsense kind of doctor that takes away any anxiety a patient might have about a stressful situation. I feel so much better now after having visited Dr. Pelczar, and I'd recommend him to anyone else without hesitation.

Had my sinus drained, septum fixed and Bone Spurs removed yesterday by Dr Pelczar. He is a wonderful surgeon. Explained everything well. The staff were very proficient also. I felt that I was well taken care of. No bleeding and very little pain today. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Pelczar has treated me twice. Both times have required sinus surgery but were different conditions. Each time has been a positive experience and he has taken time to answer questions that I may have and then asks if I have any further questions as a follow up. He is a very busy provider but takes time to make sure that his patients fully understand their condition and the process to help alleviate that condition whether it be surgery or some other treatment. Great surgery care!!

My son was treated fine before the tonsillectomy, but after the surgery we had 3 visits to ER for bleeding. On the 3rd visit, they discovered pneumonia. He was hospitalized. Dr. Pelczar was demeaning to him at hospital. He acted like he was being a big baby. He basically said that because of his prior opioid use (what!?!) he wasn't recovering. He had been started on oral antibiotic and Dr. Pelczar accused him of terrible oral hygiene when the thrush was caused by medication. He was awful

My father was having ear problems and doctor Pelczar treated him very poorly, degraded him. Told my father because he had small ear canals and didn't take care of them with prevention, he was in their office and they were busy, like it was my fathers fault for having ear problems! Hey Dr. Pelczar that is your job and profession you chose to bad they didn't teach bedside manners!!! If you are to busy I will help your business by telling everyone not to bother with your office!!

Horrible follow up!! My daughter had simple tonsillectomy and spent the next week bleeding non stop. After 3 ER Visits and another to a cancer specialist to treat her for dehydration I'm here to tell you go somewhere - where the follow-ups not just in his pocket! Also your survey needs to include follow up!

Dr Pelczar is extremely professional and is a skilled surgeon and physician. Our family has needed his care several times through the years and he is always thorough and answers our questions.
