5 minute telemedicine call about changing prescription for a common condition was upcoded to a 45+ minute visit with a "specialist". The care was ok, though, but I already knew what I needed before the visit.

Very short and did not listen! Made me feel that there was no solution

• I expected the Dr. to talk to me and ask what concerns I might have (ie. my history of skin cancer). Not one question - absolutely no skin checks. • I expected a physical/wellness check with a first time patient would last longer than 15-20 minutes and involve some questions and a desire to get to know me a patient. He did not present any interest in me as a human. • I assumed that he would look at my body (at least to see if I had any skin issues that were more of a concern than a cholesterol number). In fact, the only “procedure” he did was a 20 second stethoscope check through my shirt. I would not recommend Dr. Labine and have lost trust in North Clinic. As a new first time patient, one would think questions on life style choices, patient concerns would be an approach that indicated concern and a desire to listen to the patient. His video on line is not the guy you get. I understand now why he is accepting new patients...

I recently started seeing Dr. LaBine, I found him to be thorough and professional. He took the necessary time to review my health history and answer any questions I had.

I have found Dr LaBine to be a good listener, thorough, and provides an accurate diagnosis. I have never felt rushed but I generally don’t go with a long list of complaints either.

Spends just the right amount of time with you. Smart, personable, explains things well and instructions make sense. He was recommended to me by several people actually: one of my friends that sees him as a patient, a doctor I know that has worked with him before, and another doctor that went to medical school with him that I happen to know as well. I am able to get in to see Dr. Labine very quickly as well for appointments. Very friendly and kind front desk and nurses at this clinic.

If you want to search your records for findings, this is your guy. He missed things, didn't disclose findings on CT scans.

Didn't care at all why I was there! Follow-up appts. for my condition should have been made!

He is very on the rash. Felt like he wanted me out of the office right away. Minimum of explanation on my questions. Did not felt like I was understood completely . Not happy with the visit.

I'm unsure as to why other reviewers were somewhat negative. My regular Doc was unavailable, so I saw Dr. LaBine. Fantastic! Looked me in the eyes while explaining my condition thoroughly and was quite pleasant. Spent the appropriate amount of time with me, and I never felt rushed. I may switch my Primary Care Doc to him...
